Marc did an absolutely amazing job fixing my RV. From the very beginning, it was clear that he…read moretruly knows what he's doing. One call or message to Marc, and he gets things handled quickly and efficiently. He completed everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what to watch for moving forward. What stood out most to me is how much he genuinely cares. No matter how long of a day he has had, Marc goes out of his way to make sure your RV is fixed properly so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home on wheels. I have had an incredible experience with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone living the RV lifestyle. Marc is genuine, kind, hardworking, intelligent, and takes his job very seriously. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about the people he helps. If you need your RV fixed, don't hesitate to reach out to Marc -- I can confidently say he'll get the job done right and in no time!

Adam came to our home in his Tesla with a bag of tools. He was looking for mobile detailing and…read morebody work as an employee and family member of KB's Repair. Gave us his KB's Repair card and a pitch with detailed explanation of how he could quickly repair dents in our older truck. We were dubious at first, but eventually agreed to his seeminly earnest explanation of what he would do. He left after only a couple of hours after having pounded and sprayed dents he had pulled and supposedly smoothed out; we couldn't actually see what he had done because he had covered them in a goop he told us had to remain in place for 24 hour to help the paint seal. He left blue tape in place, as well. When we removed the "Turtle Wax" goop the next day, it revealed that he had not filled a hole, that the dents were still lumpy, that the paint was a different color than that vehicle (he had removed the entire label from the can so we could not see what he used--I suspect regular gold spray paint, not vehicle paint). There were distinct tape lines between the spray paint and the vehicle paint. There was overspray because of poor taping. The job is just plain poor. We gave him $700. Should have known better than to go with someone pitching a mobile service. His card is from KB's Repair. He told us enough about this business that it is obvious he has an affiliation, at least. He does have a business card from KB. We have called him back and wait today for his return, though I don't want him working on the truck. I don't think he knows what he is doing. We will discuss money. This has been a terrible experience.

I did quite a bit of digging for a center that specializes in RV electrical repair. We had a project that involved my replacing our old lead acid system with a much more capable and lighter LiFePo4 system. Now we are experiencing issues with the battery not getting fully charged and so I reached out. When the phone rang and the gentlemen picked up the phone, all he said was hello. I introduced myself, explained what I was looking for and asked if I called the right place. He said yep. I asked him his name and that's when it felt like it was going down hill. I should have excused myself and called elsewhere. Who sounds exasperated to have to say their own name at their own business? Anyway, I went on to explain my issue in detail, what I had done on my own to try and solve the issue and his reply was, do I want to fix it or him to do it. Again I'm thinking, sir, I came to you for help, what's with the attitude? So again, trying to be as sweet as pie so as to not upset Capt Cranky, I further explained that my vehicle, a brand new vehicle that he assumed I bought used and told me as much may not be putting out enough amps to activate an onboard charger and if this could be examined as well. His answer after learning it was a new vehicle was to take my truck back to the dealership and make them fix it. BUT! This was after asking condescending questions about why I didn't consider this variable and mitigate that. I told him that I just didn't know anymore. I've reached the end of my ability to problem solve and I wanted an expert to help at this point and that's why I was calling him. That's when he tells me that I need to bring my RV to his shop in Marysville (not Redmond), and that he needs actual time to solve the issue in its entirety and to make sure I allow for that at $160/hr. I'm thinking, ok, steep, but probably worth it....until he said this....and if you have a budget of about $300 which it sounds like you do, I'm not gonna look at it. At this point I told the gentlemen I'm done being berated and talked down to and this was a huuuge mistake calling his shop much less staying on the phone with this jacka$$. He hung up the phone and then texted me saying the call got dropped. Ok buddy. Save your money folks. There are other shops willing to make you feel like you called the right place. Clearly not Pacific RV.
