Called and talked to Misha Mobile RV Repair because our RV refrigerator would not get cold. He asked great questions to see if we had checked for smells, if we tested both with electric and propane all to try and save us a service charge. He took our information and said it could possibly be a week or so before they could get to us. We were surprised and happy the technician called the next day. He was going to be in the area and stopped by. Within a few minutes he had checked and tested several things and found the problem. He explained it to us and said if we have any follow up problems to just call. The fast, excellent, honest communication and repair was amazing and so appreciated! *** BEWARE, BE VERY AWARE*** Payed Mishas Mobile RV Repair to fix our 2016 Itasca Sunova 33c Motorhome. We dropped our motorhome off at Misha's RV repair shop on November 21st, 2023. He said he was able to do everything we asked in 2 weeks time and placed his hand on my shoulder saying he could do this with his eyes closed (which I think he actually did) Misha called and said all work was done, we picked it up December 5th, 2023. He was payed for the following: to fix an inoperative 20ft super slide, remove old floor and repair 2 areas of damaged floor, install heated flooring system (using the type we texted to his smartphone and spoke to him about), install new vinyl plank flooring (like pictures that we sent him and spoke about.) The drivers side 20ft slide is not functional and dragging on the floor and now making loud clicking noise behind drivers seat also it was making loud clicking noise by washer and dryer. It was not fixed when I tried to open it at home after picking up from Misha's. Misha also poorly cut the bottom of slide , without our permission, using a incorrect saw with a large tooth blade causing the wood to splinter vertically all along the 20ft area. A 7 ft trim piece is damaged and cracked in half. Misha was using 2 windows to apparently toss in the new flooring planks, this caused several holes in wall behind window from bad catch to worker and damage. The new floor is moving like a wave when you walk on it, lifting up in front of you as you walk. There are several areas where he miscut the new floor exposing the underneath. The heated floors are not working in several spots, hot, and cool in other areas. We cannot have the A/C or heat on, or microwave. Misha wired the heated floors on all the time even when it is turned off, it is pulling near 2000watts and it will pop the inverter, shutting off all the power to the entire motorhome. Misha lost custom made stair mats, several rugs, and 2 window screens. After seeing it all when we got to his shop, we just wanted to pay him and leave to get our motorhome away from him. He would not give us a receipt until a few days later when he came over to inspect the issues. He would not take responsibility for anything and said he would only give us $7000 for the damages he did, which he has not payed. Will not provide insurance information. Our insurance will not cover these damages as it was done by a licensed shop. A reputable RV repair shop gave a us a bid in writing of $24,000 to repair Mishas incompetent work. This RV Repair shop also gave us a bid before we had Misha do anything and they also have pictures/notes of our motorhome before Misha destroyed it. This bid doesn't include the heated floors and electrical mess. We have seeked help about this situation from the Attorney General and a attorney who warned us that people like Misha will just transfer business into someone else's name to not have any assets. We are left ourselves to get this taken care of. We strongly advise others to think twice before hiring Misha's Mobile RV Repair and will let everyone know about his deceptive practices. P.S. I was in Olympia on business and decided to stay in my trailer. I had been driving for hours when I arrived in the dark on unlit property. I didn't have a spotter and I cut a corner too close around an outbuilding and bam, I broke a window. Well, I was living in the trailer for the next month, so couldn't take it to a shop. I called Misha's not really knowing what to expect. Someone (I can't remember his name) came out within just a couple of days! Then he warned me it might take a week or longer to get the glass back from that company, yet within a few days he had it installed and did an incredible job with clean up. Did it cost more than a shop? Probably. But the convenience, speediness, professionalism, and friendliness made it worth a few more bucks. Called them and explained my problem. Popout that was not. They said they would be ot in a week and a half. They came out in 5 days. The tech that came out was friendly and explained everything he was doing at each step. He had me verbally ok the part cost and fixed my problem with a new motor. The repair was super quick and the price was more than fair. Know that they way they price seems to be $175 to come out and then do up to one hour of diags. In that hour if he has to install they will charge an install fee R&R for the part. TOTALLY fair for mobile repair. The price they charged for the part was about 20% more than I could have bought it myself. So, to me, that would be a 20% markup, do they get it cheaper, sure. But still super super fair. I called this business for a simple electrical repair for my 5th wheel on June 15th. One guy answered and told me that it would be a few days but I would get a call back. Eventually I talked to one man two times and he seemed to think that Misha would contact me. A week went by and no call back, so I called and left a message. I decided that with the Covid 19 deal something must have happened. By June 27th, I had no call back so I called again. Misha called me back and said he would be by to do the repair and never showed up. I called back again several times for a month, talked to 3 people, was told again that someone would call me and schedule a date and that was that. It is now September 13. No one ever called back after July 22 and no one ever showed up. I have no idea if this is a real business or not, or just a badly run business. read more

We were on a summer trip this June and July over in eastern Washington and had trouble with our 5th wheel slide. It was a Sunday when we called and he answered his phone to help. I90 also beat up our black tank and grey galley tank. When we got home, Misha said to bring it right over. That was on 4th of July. He managed to warranty process and got it back to us ready for our next big trip. He had to replace both tanks and put new insulation under the trailer. He even foam sealed all the small openings. I woke up this morning to a cold RV. I am running on an Extend-A-Stay connection with a 7 gallon propane bottle that I just had refilled. I disconnected it and reconnected it and tightened everything down but I was not getting enough pressure to keep things lit. I did not want to have to pack up and move and fill my main tank, so I called Misha. He got me fixed up completely over the phone!! Get everything in writing! I didn't and have no recourse when he didn't do what he verbally said he would do. He will reply back to this review and say how he did nothing wrong, of course. He said he would put my RV on consignment and if it didn't sell he would list it on RVShare and rent it out. Months went by and although it was listed, he never communicated to me about anything. I finally called and asked if there had been any interest in buying it, and we agreed it was time to list it for rent with RVShare. I asked several times for a contract. He said it would come from RVShare once it was listed. I only agreed to renting it because the renters through RVShare are required to purchase insurance to cover any damages or repairs. I waited for a few more weeks and heard nothing. Finally, I messaged Misha that I was coming over to add something to the motorhome kitchen. He called me back to say that he had "rented" my motorhome out to a friend of his for $100 a day, not through RVShare, so no separate insurance plan on it. He said not to worry, they only took it to an RV park that was only a few miles away while he was repairing the travel trailer they lived in. He did not ask me if this was ok. He knew I was concerned about the insurance situation. He said they only had it for 3 days, but I don't know if that is true. They put 436 miles on my motorhome!!!!! Misha got it back from them and cleaned it up. He only gave me $200 for the rental which was completely unauthorized to begin with. Don't believe anything he says. We had a problem with our black tank on our RV and called Misha's for the first time. It was late on Saturday when we made the call and he suggested a few things we might do ourselves to fix it. If we were unable to fix it, he said call him back Sunday morning at 8:30AM and he would arrange to have someone come out and do the repair. I've finally found an RV repair shop that has my full confidence and appreciation. When we bought our 25' Class B motorhome (used) at a dealership in Nevada several years ago, we got, in retrospect, a less-than-complete walk-through, and something as important as winterizing our vehicle was never explained. Having moved recently to the Olympia area, we knew we had to winterize it, but not quite sure how. We called Misha's and that same day service tech Jason was dispatched to our house. Not only was he super-friendly, very skilled and quite articulate in explaining stuff but really patient as he walked me through my own RV's plumbing (hot water heater etc etc) and explained -- and showed -- more to me than I ever got from the dealership's "walk-through."
