One of our friends, who works as a lineman and had been putting in exhausting hours during recent storms, was mistaken for being drunk simply because he was tired. He hadn't even been trying to order a drink and was singled out among a bar full of many people already there who seemed to be quite drunk. The staff refused to serve our group and we ended up leaving. Losing customers because of an incorrect assumption is unfortunate, but what bothered us most was how unwelcome and judged our friend felt. After being loyal customers for so many years, this experience left a bad impression and we will not be returning.
