Best pizza around! The Sicilian pizza is our go to. Always hot fresh. Yummy salads the staff is very nice and very attentive

So far I have enjoyed everything I have eaten from there. Since we have gone there for years there are to many things to list. Pretty much you can not go wrong with anything on the menu. Their pizzas are fantastic. The only reason for four instead of five is the price. But again I guess you get what you pay for-quality. Update: I read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp- they should specify which Mike's. Ty 115 in Effort or Broadheadsville. We have gone to Mikes on 115 for many years. Just got pizza again from Mike's- my husband and I get the personal size and it's just the right size for both of us. It has lots of cheese and a tasty sauce. The crust is good- not thin but not too thick either. We also love to get cheesesteaks here. The bread they use is great, we always have gotten plenty of meat and cheese too. I can't say much about dining in as we always get take out, but we do see plenty of people eating there. read more

Today we ordered two rice balls, They are so small, quality has definitely went down hill with there rice balls. After cutting into the rice balls, 95% was rice, and was completely mushy rice, couldn't even tell it was rice, and the sauce they gave to put on top, was tasteless. Service is bad the waitress the large black lady rolls her eyes while taking my order, is very slow to take order , overall very rude we gave it one more chance hoping she would be gone because they go through waitresses at a good pace well , the good ones don't stay long . she was still there at the last visit and very rude again also with body odor yes body odor . First time visiting this establishment and it will surely be the last. The service by a very nice waitress is the only reason I give it a one star. She was wonderful. We ordered wings, they were good and the BBQ sauce tasted old and strange. We also ordered the "lobster ravioli" & the "lasagna" meals, which came with bread and a salad. The bread was good & so was the salad. When my ravioli arrived, I went to take a look at it and it was grayish brown. I took a bite and it truly was disgusting. The texture was rubbery & hard. That's not the worst part. It tasted stale and old. I politely returned & the waitress asked If I wanted to order something else to which I nicely responded no to. The lasagna was beyond salty and the meat in it looked gray and tasted very weird. We didn't eat those meals. The manager or "chef" came to the table with a very bad energy. He was confrontational and instead of apologizing he said no one has ever complained insinuating that we were the problem. I told him exactly why we couldn't eat those meals & he was very upset. He also never apologized for the bad food. We got charged for the uneaten lasagna. He also stormed back to the kitchen & started complaining about us to the rest of the staff. His behavior and terrible people skills, believe it or not, left a worse taste in my mouth than his dishes. Once we were leaving, he gave myself, my mother & my 9 year old daughter the death stare of never come back. It was beyond an awful experience. I highly recommend a new chef & a new manager who actually has leadership skills & does not act like a 5 year old who was just told he can't have candy & stomps out of a room talking nonsense under his breath. read more

Oh. These people are silly. They know my old bully who broke in my house and ruined my nice stuff. No one likes my bully anymore but also no one had a clue how evil that person was.. really bad. Their food is good. I will never talk badly about my tomatoes and sauces as long as it's properly done I know we're good. And they better feed me good with lots of good food. So they only do take out no problem. Went there Friday just before 5 pm to get 4 plain slices nope only had 1 plain slice left. Also the line was to the door if it just take out why is it so slow (second time). Had to do random slices and a sausage roll. We live 5 mins away my roll was barely warm at best and my wife didn't finish her slices. Very disappointed they have been here for years shame theres not more competition. read more

A huge annoyance of mine is entering a restaurant and there's either no one physically present to tell you whether you seat yourself or not, there are employees there who think "it's not my job to tell you to seat yourself or wait for the hostess." That happened here, so strike one. We eventually just sat ourselves, but all of the tables were filthy. Eventually a tired waitress came by and lazily wiped the table off with some rag. Strike 2. I ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and it was pretty awful. No flavor, thank God they keep garlic salt on the table. After pouring it over my food, it was edible. They did put a good amount of cheese on it. The chicken was terrible. Obviously not fresh. I can make better Chicken Parmigiana at home. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. read more

The food has been consistently very good. They have a decent sized menu and the place always looks clean.

When ever we have a family get together this is our go to place for good pizza. My daughters love the Sicilian Pizza w/ extra cheese. Excellent never disappoints. Although, their prices have gone up the pizza is still good. But then again the prices have gone up everywhere since Covid. Wish they delivered :( I would definitely order more. The only other option is Dominos they are the only pizza place around me that does so I will order from them but usually regret it, loaded with fat and usually causes stomach issues. read more

Came in with mom as I do every time I'm in town. She loves this place. I ordered manicotti and sausage with garlic knots and she ordered Alfredo with broccoli. Upon arriving home. We realized we Didn't get the garlic knots..bummer. The manicotti and sausage tastes like rubber. Threw it out after 3 bites. And moms dish was all broccoli stems. And little pasta. Not even a shadow of its former self, it's hard to wrap one's mind around the idea that this is supposed to be a professional operation. A pizza begins with the crust, and the enjoyment of Mike's pizza pretty much ends there. Lackluster would be a rave reviews compared to the actual experience. Dry, old, made of inferior flour that didn't taste fermented, it was Pillsbury meets Bisquick without any impression of having been hand-stretched; imagine a 16" cookie cutter. What passed for sauce was red enough, but that's where the similarity (and taste) ended. Not an herb or spice in sight; none even came near it. The cheese was a thin layer of wax paper that, if anything, prevented the rest of the pie from baking; whatever time it spent in the oven simply set and hardened the Play-Doh around the edge. Even if the pie wasn't baked on a piece of wire mesh, but directly on the stone, I doubt it would've crisped up without spontaneously combusting (which might've been a blessing.) In an area where so very many of the residents have either moved from the place where pizza is epic or visited there (NYC), the fact that Mike's is still in business is somewhat of an enigma. read more

Not only that the prices has gone up , I'm getting food that's not acceptable. I order 4 dinners, 3 chicken marsala with no mushrooms and 1 chicken francaise. I also asked for all the sauces to alittle thicker. It was watery and no taste and the bread was all burned badly. Also the salad had brown lettuce. I drive all the way from Mt Pocono to eat their Margarita pizza. This is the only local pizzeria that does it right! Fresh mozzarella and fresh homemade sauce! Other places use the same sauce they use on their regular pizza. It's amazing! read more

After work and heading home we decided to stop for a late lunch. Not many people there just two other tables. I looked at garlic knots on the way in and had to try them. There's a sign of a good pizza place when they can make decent knots and sauce. We tried the anti pasta salad and cheesesteak hoagie. Lots of meat in salad and in hoagie. The bread on the hoagie was delicious and tasted fresh. It was crusty and soft on the inside holding the meat inside every bite. Decided to try this place after going to the race today. Like most of my reviews, not very impressed. For starters, the bathroom didn't have any soap in the men's room. I told the waitress but she didn't seem to think it was her job, or just didn't care. I saw two male employees go into the bathroom, after that 3 patrons went into the bathroom 2 of which also told the waitress about there being no soap. What disgusts me if that neither employee washed their hands or refreshed the soap. The waitress was a complete snob. She was very impolite. They don't wear name tags or I'd call her by name. She was more concerned about eating her lunch behind the bar and flirting with the two guys pounding shots the entire time we were there. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was a greasy mess. I get it.... Pepperoni = grease... Wasn't that great of a pizza as they claim.. She brought out our plates with all the pizza shakers on top.. Yea the pizza condiments that everyone puts their hands all over were sitting on our plates. She thought I was crazy when I asked for paper plates. After that we never saw her again. She didn't ask how our food was or refill any beverages. Another waitress came on shift and assisted with the check. My only regret is that the $6 tip I left on a $14 check went to the snob. Called my one pie in, they told me 30-35 minutes. Once I arrive pizzas not ready and it will be an additional 15 minutes. I go to the car wait the allotted 15 minutes. Come back and they GAVE my pizza to someone else. No apology, just have another pie ready in 15 minutes. This is the most ridiculous disorganized place I have ever been to. read more
