Best food and service around! Pizza is top notch, and the owners and staff treat everyone like family!

Horrible people. Owner is a menace. Not a nice person at all. Reflects in his food. Go to other decent pizza places in stroudsburg.

We decided to order pizza here again, there's something about this place, they are so welcoming, and treat each customer like they are family. They do there best to remember your name, so they can call everyone by there first names when there coming in for there orders. We ordered a large Sicilian pizza, half with pepperoni and half with meatballs, order of mozzarella sticks and a small order of garlic knots. Everything was just coming out of the fryer and oven when we got there to pick up our order. So , yes everything was hot and fresh. The only thing I can say is the mozzarella sticks are nothing to call home about, but we still ate them. They did have a sign on there door, stating as of January 1,2023 they will start being closed on Mondays. read more

I have ordered pizza from here many times when traveling upstate. The same guy is always there manning the oven. The family is always very nice when I stop in for takeout. They have a small sit in area. The dough was fresh, if you like sauce on the sweeter and thicker side like I do, you'll appreciate their pizza. The cheese appears to be a blend of mozzarella and cheddar, the crust is thick and delicious. The grease level on their pies is a bit on the high side with oil dripping quite a bit from each slice. This was my second time ordering a Meatball Parm hero. First time was about 10 years ago and this time it was about a month ago. They put the Meatballs in a microwave oven to heat them. Overworked staff, stuffy interior and obnoxious decor are going to be the only headaches with this place. The pizza is outstanding, their wings are the best in Brodheadsville, and the speed of service is average. To fully enjoy the foods and services off this place, you have to remember to keep your conversations with the staff short and sweet. They will crack jokes on you and often times lose sense of their humor. read more

This was my first visit to Bono Pizza. It was a Sunday at 2:30pm. I ordered the eggplant parm sub at the counter. There was no music but there was a television but in the currently closed dining room section. I sat in the open pizzeria section. There are two outdoor tables as well. The piping hot sandwich was big enough to serve as my one meal of the day. The bread was toasted a little too much for my taste but it was still a great meal. They're still serving food to us and risking their lives to do so and that alone deserves a good rating but they're pizza was super delicious. I'm definitely a cheese person and this pizza was not only cheesy but their crust was edible!!! Love their food but the customer service has gone way down hill. The girl who started working at the counter this year only smiles & greets certain patrons, & I mean when my fiance & I are placing an order & someone she knows walks in. Pizza is always good. They have a special for 2 pies (large) and a 2 litre soda. I think that costs a little over $20.00. We also always get the garlic knots which are very good. Sometimes we get one pizza with everything (except anchovies) and that is also very good. Much better than Mikes pizza down the road which is basically cardboard with sauce on it. We have tried every pizza place in the west end and they are by far the best and we use them when our family comes up from New York and they enjoy it as well. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Bono's Pizza is not what I expected. First of all inside the tables are not cleaned very often. And second there is a huge space with all the chairs up on the tables! What a waste of space!!!!! The pizza is ok. I like the pizza alot but it somewhat tastes bland. When I go to get pizza there I have to put so much seasoning on it just so it can fufill my needs. Bono pizza is not my favorite, but it will do. One last thing is that Bono pizza should consider delivering. read more
