Great experience. I called early on a Monday morning. Nicole was pleasant, took my information, quoted a reasonable price, and scheduled my appointment for Cody to arrive sometime between 12-1:00. Cody showed up within that timeframe, quickly identified some problems with the way the toilet had been installed (by a previous owner), fixed the problems and installed a new wax ring. The front office was a little slow in replying via email conversations and inquiries, but Nicole was so honest to me in pointing out that the office was understaffed. I had a leaky kitchen faucet. I called this plumber based on the positive reviews. After some back and forth with the office, I was able to get an appointment confirmed. I was told the ETA for the appointment would be between 2pm and 3pm. The plumber showed up at 5pm. It was determined that the hose needed to be replaced on my faucet. The hose that he had did not fit (even though I provided pictures to the office of the faucet). He offered to order the hose and that it would cost around $40. I declined. The plumber left at 5:30pm after charging me $93 for a "service call" with no service and I still had a leaking faucet. I ended up calling the manufacturer and getting the hose for $25 and replacing it myself. The ONLY reason why I added the extra star was because the plumber conducted him in a professional manner while he was in the house. read more

I contacted Mike to inspect pipes in the crawl space after the home inspector found corrosion. On the day that he was supposed to do the work, I received a call from Nicole indicating that he wouldn't be able to make it because of unexpected problems at an earlier job, so we rescheduled. He came out on that day at the time expected and he did the work at a reasonable rate. He only replaced the pipe hangers and noted that there was no damage to the piping itself. And for much cheaper than the crappy locating service that caused me to dig up my patio in the wrong spot all for nothing! Mike and one of his guys came last week to fix the leaking around the base of my toilet. He was awesome! So friendly, giving me advice/recommendations on what to do about the many things that are wrong with my new house (a flipped house). He even looked at and tried to fix a leaky sink faucet while the other guy was fixing the toilet. My toilet ended up leaking a little still, but some guys came back the next week to re-do the wax ring, at no extra cost. Update: My toilet kept leaking. Mike's guys came back to change the flange. I did pay more for that. A week or two later, my toilet was still leaking. Throughout the whole process, Mike, all his guys, and everyone at the office was super nice. Finally, Mike himself was to come back to re-assess the problem again. He showed up with a new toilet. He told me he didn't want to keep making me spend money--he really wanted to help me fix the leak. He said completely changing out the toilet was the last thing he could try, and he would not charge me. He even offered to just refund all the money I'd already paid him if I wanted to try to get a different plumber to come try to fix the leak. It worked! It's been a month or so and still no leak. I have been fortunate now to have had 2 visits from Mike and a third from 2 of his technicians. The first was when my husband was told a plumber needed to do something to the toilet in our upstairs bathroom before the flooring could be repaired under it. The technicians looked at the toilet and said that my husband had been misinformed but to call when we had gotten the floor replaced because then they could reseat the toilet. I wasn't charged for that visit. I was so pleased with the young men who came on that call that I decided to ask Mike to give us a bid on fixing the floor. He came in person and talked to us about what we would need to do and again didn't charge. Then I had a significant water spill in my laundry room. I had been told the faucet for the washer needed repair so "assumed" that was a leak where the water had come from. Mike came within an hour to take care of my "emergency" which turned out to be a spill from the washer. As long as he was here, he replaced the faucet, aligned the legs on the dryer and fixed the downstairs toilet that had been giving us trouble. Throughout he was cheerful, friendly and didn't act like I was an idiot (even though I was) or that I had inconvenienced him (which I had because it was past 5pm when they finished). He didn't rush me, answered my questions, and all for a VERY reasonable amount. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and kind. I can't recommend him highly enough! read more
