I've used 2 Sons for a few misc plumbing projects now and had good experiences with each engagement. Their staff (phone staff and on-site plumbers) are professional, communicate well and get the job done. I should call out though that you might be able to save a few $ if you went with an independent but that's kind of the case for most home repair/servicing companies. I've never used them for Electric and/or HVAC so I can't speak to that. read more

A VERY unfortunate event unfolded in our household... Our two year old son has a new party trick, and that party trick is throwing things down the toilet and flushing them, never to be seen again. Sadly, this time he managed to get a two inch (give or take) Lego HORSE to flush down the drain. As you can imagine, our toilet stopped working after that and was barely flushing. I put out a request on Yelp Request a Quote and was promptly reached out to by 2 Sons. They were very responsive and were able to send out a plumber the next day for a free consultation. Davie was our plumber and he was AWESOME. I'm not even talking about getting the job done - personality wise, he was so cool. We frequent the same areas and had lots to connect on there and was easy to talk to in general. Outside of him being a super personable guy, HE FIXED OUR TOILET. HALLELUJAH. It took all of 20 minutes are we are thankfully about to use that bathroom again, sans Lego horse. I will say I was given a solid dose of sticker shock at the price, but the job needed to be done, so it is what it is. It was $450 which seemed intense, but also, it's not like we could've handled it ourselves. REALLY hoping that we don't run into this issue again, but if we do... I know who to call! read more

This company has changed. And not for the better. A week ago I called to schedule an appointment for a leaky faucet in my house. An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet". read more

We used 2 Sons a little while ago for some plumbing and water heater work. When we had issues with a toilet, they were our first call. We received the same great service from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment right away and then the follow up appointment to install a new toilet a couple days later. We weren't in a rush because it's not our only toilet but I think they could've gotten us an even earlier appointment if needed. Dave was our technician and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He explained our options and was super helpful in supporting us through the process. He explained the costs in detail and how then different options would price out. There was no pressure, just information. His work was great. Everything looks good and is working well. We'll definitely be keeping 2 Sons as our go-to company when we have any pluming, heating, cooling, etc needs. read more

You pay a dispatch fee for a plumber to arrive, but the plumber won't check anything without an additional diagnostics fee, which isn't mentioned on the phone. In addition, even though no diagnostic is performed, I do get with a lot of confidence a $500 quote to fix the problem. This is pure rip off from start to finish. I only paid the dispatch fee, and I still have a problem to diagnose and fix. Never work with this company! read more

Shout out to 2 Sons Plumbing, and Jeff who came out to troubleshoot a leak in my basement outflow pipe. He methodically ran each of the bathroom fixtures until he noticed the leak coming when the tub was on, and then inspected around the tub area before he noticed a hole in the wall and floor. Because there was no plumbing work to be done, there was *no charge* for the visit. This literally never happens. Absolute joke of a company. We hired 2 Sons to complete a significant job on our home. We had our galvanized piping replaced, a shut off valve added and fixtures fixed. They installed the water shut off and then proceeded to cover it with about a foot of dirt. They mixed up the hot and cold water connections to our house. They also refused to come back and clean up and remove the old galvanized piping they left in our crawl space. I initially hired this company to address a leak in my water service line. Due to repeated misdiagnosis and unsuccessful repair attempts, the work ultimately escalated into a full water service line replacement, resulting in a final cost far higher than what I had initially expected. While the replacement is now completed and functioning, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly managed. From the start, pricing and expectations were unclear. I was told repair costs couldn't be determined until excavation, yet on the day of work--before anything began--I was asked to sign for a high fixed repair price based on assumptions that were never discussed during the estimate. The first repair attempt failed, and the leak clearly continued. No further investigation was done, I was required to pay in full, and I was told a discount would only apply if I committed to a full water service line replacement the same day, before the issue was properly resolved. After paying for a second leak detection myself, the original leak was confirmed to still be present. Management involvement was requested but delayed, and during a follow-up visit I was asked to sign a new agreement stating the work was only a "repair attempt" with no warranty, despite the original repair being sold as warrantied. I later proceeded with the water service line replacement based on specific assurances about the final cost, but the estimate I received did not align with those assurances. Throughout the process, I had to make multiple phone calls and send repeated emails over several days just to get responses. While the final replacement works, the lack of technical competence, shifting pricing and warranty terms, and consistently poor communication made this an unnecessarily stressful experience. Huge price tags, over $500 for half an hour of work, with nothing on any of the quotes itemized... You'll just have to trust the massive price tag, I guess? Joey determined that it was somehow unplugged from under our sink. They then offered to do a general plumbing inspection throughout our house (which was fine). They were friendly and professional throughout the visit. And most amazing, I was not charged a service call because it was a simple plug in issue. Another successful project in March 2026 completed! We have been using 2 Sons for about 4 years now, having found them because when the county was changing the water pressure, we were in immediate need of a regulator and they were the only ones who were responsive and able to get us in right away. Pretty sure we have met the majority of their crews! This latest project was to replace our one piece shower/tub combo enclosures in both bathrooms and happily they sent Casey to lead this project! We have had Casey a couple of times now and always, his work, professionalism, knowledge and personality did not disappoint. He even had two different apprentice Plumbers with him throughout the Project, one of whom was Chris, and had it not been said he was apprenticing, one would not have been any the wiser. We had material issues pop up (mfg. defects) and 2 Sons accommodated the changes and kept our project moving and had Casey out as soon as the replacement materials came. Poor guy even came out to work while not feeling well and did a great job despite how he felt. The project finished beautifully and as always, we were very pleased. I should also mention that we were quoted by a local "bath fitter" one day turn company and 2 Sons came in at less than 50% of the cost and they came in with the best pricing when compared to checking the average cost for this type of project in our area. Prior to this project, we had our water heater go out, leaking from the bottom, of all things the day before New Year's Eve. 2 Sons saved the day and had 2 technicians out to replace it on New Year's Eve day. I unfortunately cannot remember their names, but as with everyone else from 2 Sons, they did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable, thankfully as we had not planned for this additional expense, especially after Christmas and the upcoming bath replacement. We will continue to use 2 Sons for any Plumbing, HVAC or other services that they provide for everything in the future. It's hard to find a reputable service provider these days, nor one that doesn't nickel and dime you to death, so when you do and they have this kind of consistency in their performance, you stick with them! read more
