We had Salish Plumbing replace our kitchen sink basket strainer to fix a leak under the sink and they were awesome to work with. We need a lot of work to fix up our new place. We've had a couple other plumbers come out, who either quoted ridiculous prices, or who I had to chase to get the quote. Some folks never returned my call. One who seemed ok had good office communication support, but I wasn't communicating directly with the plumber to be able to ask in-depth questions. When I called Salish, Dustin answered the phone and scheduled a site visit promptly. We had 3 different guys out to do the estimation and the work. All 3 were super nice, punctual, very polite, listened, and had good suggestions. It's easy to ask substantive questions and get a quick reply, the quotes were broken out clearly and just as I had asked, prices seemed competitive, and we are now safer for having had the work done.
