I got a card in the mail from Pintail Pool Care and I gave them a call. He (wish I could remember…read morehis name) showed up right when he said he would and even text me 5-minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the problem I was having with my pump and system. He suggested how I could fix it and gave me the option of fixing it myself or having him come back to do the repair for me. He showed me what part I would need and even text the part to me so I could go get it and install myself. He was only there for about 10-minutes and when I tried to pay him, he said no charge because he was already in the neighborhood and it only took a few minutes. This is the type of service that deserves to be recognized! I've been running this pump 24 hours a day last year because I couldn't even get someone to show up to look at it. He came out and within a few minutes told me exactly what the problem was! All I can say is if you need any services for your pool, I would give Pintail Pool Care a call! They definitely exceeded my expectations!
