She promised me that she would order my tubes & they'd be there on Friday. Well, I came too early on Friday & the truck hadn't been there yet. I thought ok, ill just buy 1 box of another brand & come back the next day. Tina gave me that box of tubes for free. I went back this morning & sure enough, my tubes were there. There was another young man working there & he was also very helpful. It's clear to me that this store understands the importance of its customers. For starters, the store has much more than just cigars and it is extremely clean. Seems seems to be a family operation which I love, as well.
