I set up a drop off time and they looked at it the same day. Then they emailed me a great list of things that needed to be fixed, and things that should be replaced soon. The list also had pictures of everything which really helped me decide. They managed to replace the parts I needed in a day which was great since I had to get to work! I have been going to Ron for all my automotive needs for over 15 years. I have always had great…read moreservice and fair prices. Unfortunately, in the last 2 months I have had my car in 3 times. I brought it in because it was not accelerating/holding speed properly. I explained that I just bought another vehicle and didn't want to put too much $ into the car (it is a 2007 CRV). I asked him to check it over before doing any work to it to make sure it wasn't going to be "nickel & diming me". He did an oil change and tune up for $350.00 and said everything else looked good. A few weeks later we had it back in the shop because the coolant was leaking. It ended up being at the shop for several weeks and a $500.00 bill to replace a rusted heater pipe ($30.00 part) that required "extensive labor" to replace. The day after getting it back, the power steering went out. Another $300.00 dollars... I know it's an older car, and things go wrong, however, I trusted him in his professional experience to look over the car before doing any work. I would not have put the initial work into the car knowing it would have more issues after his thorough inspection. I am extremely displeased and will be looking for another garage for my future vehicle needs.

This place is pact, and with the heat, and first time visiting I was a little lost, but bumped into the regional Manager of ORiley auto parts that supply's parts directed me personally to the office. Walking in it was a relief from the sun and heat ( 100° Milwaukee day). I was tended to right away, put in contact with the mechanics people. Misha, and all the staff were honestly great despite the weather. He was patient and went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with my car, where it was located. And pointed out my battery that needed replacement, since it's the second mechanic to have pointed it out I decided to get it taken care of as well because it was 6 years old. Subarus the engine needs to be lifted to access spark plugs. Obviously I couldn't get serviced for the job same day, but was put in the calendar practically the following day. I was advised to not drive the car all together, but realistically to avoid the highway-that reasonable advice I could listen too. I dropped my car off 8:30 am and to my surprise got a call it was ready for me at 1:30pm, a relief for everything to be taken care of.

Recently a few months back I had work done and a Part was put on incorrectly despite other parts of the same type were put on correctly. This part however had to do with my alignment and was pulling my tire to the right however just in the front of the tire and not rear as well which caused my other suspension and chassis parts to wear out faster, then recently I got work done to replace those said worn out parts and was promised he would fix his error... This time he charged me 3x what he quoted me, lied about the amount of labor time it took, lied about getting an alignment done because if that was the case the part would be turned properly and not still pulling to the right.... I then informed it wasn't fixes and he held my truck overnight only to tell me it's fixed and when I got there it wasn't... He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it elsewhere and have them correct it.... His error, under his warranty.... But more importantly his Word.... I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here if you don't want more problems prior to your arrival at his shop!!
