We had amazing service!!! Absolutely! My boyfriends car break pad got torn to shit, and we went there out of sheer panic hoping to get it fixed! We called outside, and the guy on the phone was extremely nice about us showing up! He greeted us, telling us that he understood the situation we were in, and helped us through! It was such nice service and he really helped us out. We got our car back the next day, and he was still incredibly nice, and he even apologized for not being able to double check for anything else wrong. Incredible place. read more

They did a good job fixing my car, but when I went to pick it up there was no one there. According to their website, they open at 7 a.m. I got there a little after 8 and called them. They called me back and said they actually open at 8, and they were running a few minutes late. Someone showed up at 8:15 to return my car to me. I had to sign some paperwork and had a discussion with them about what I can do to prevent the problem from happening in the future. I left by 8:30 and arrived just in time to get my teaching lab set up for class at 9. They didn't explain what may have caused the problem, but I didn't think to ask. The main things they fixed were they unflooded the engine and installed new spark plugs and new ignition coils. read more

I am working as an out of state contractor and I woke up to two slashed tires. Called these guys at 7 am. By 11 am my truck had been towed onsite and two new tires installed. The tire store was not doing deliveries until the afternoon so the owner personally drove to pick up the tires, to help me get back to work sooner. This place is worth no ones time. My dad and I took my car into this garage multiple times under the impression that they were actually trying to fix what was wrong with my car. How stupid of us to think that a garage would actually, you know, DO THEIR JOB. First of all, Ben, the guy we spoke with when we brought in the car, was WAY overcharging for every part. My dad went out and did some research and found some high quality parts for about 1/3 the price he was trying to get us to pay for them. Second of all, the previous owner of my car messed around with the computer so they had to rebuild a computer for it, or so they claimed. Did that fix the problem they said it would? Of course not. In fact it made things worse. Thirdly, I specifically asked them to look at my brakes because they weren't working properly. They said everything was just fine. Me, not being car savvy at all, believed them. Idiot me. And lastly, we paid for an alignment. And here I was still having to drive with the wheel cranked to the left because the car was drifting to the right so much it refused to drive straight otherwise. We finally took the car to another garage, KK Auto, in Brookfield and they fixed almost everything the first time we went it. Charged way less and the customer servicing was much better. If you're thinking about going here, save yourself a hell of a headache and do NOT. read more

The staff is friendly and do not try to sell me services I do not need, for example: my car computer said I needed an oil change, but after checking the car I was told that I had 1000 miles before my oil change was due. As a birthday surprise in January my boyfriend got my car an oil change and brand new snow tires. ($600) The car went in there with no warning lights on as i use my tire pressure gauge monitor regularly. Nice new law that the government made car dealers install; car repair shops hate it - I know very well. After the snow tires get installed and i pick up my car; the tire pressure monitor light is ON and no tire pressures at all will register on the dash. Ben replaced the actual gauge with a small rubber stem and then charged my boyfriend $160 to repair what wasn't broken when the car went in. Respectfully he should have said "we accidentally broke the $50 piece and please bring the car back in for us to repair at no cost" instead he said to bring the car back in on Friday with the mentioned $160 charge which was paid in cash. I retrieved the cash from Ben the following day and drove to my brothers auto shop 3 hours away on my day off. Was heading there for a family visit anyway. My brother was able to order the proper part and install it; however could not reset the system on his computer nor could his auto shop nearby so i still had to take the car to Toyota to place on their computer. Total cost $50 for my brother and $140 for Toyota. Both my auto mechanic brother, Management at Toyota and myself are disappointed in the fact he did not take responsibility. My shifter froze. I tried going to Hyundai, this was start of May 2021. They could not fix, ordered new computer, no release date. I called Expert; Ben was confident they could fix it. I dropped off car, paid $1200 down payment. Car was there 3 months. They called, said car fixed. I paid another $460, took car. Surprise, after 10 miles shifter froze again. They tried to order other parts. At the end of October, Ben told me the chip shop in California told him there might be another problem, told him to pull off the dashboard and "look for another problem." Really? I went in and asked for a refund. At first he gave me $360. Then, after two more visits, he decided best he could do was "split the cost with you." I got a total of $860 back, he kept $800, and he did not fix the car. He refused repeatedly to give a full refund. I figured I should maybe let him keep $400 for his time, but no, he had to split it. And the car is not fixed. I got a call from Hyundai. They got in a new computer customized for my car, will put it in tomorrow. And will charge me $2000+. So Ben gets to keep $800 for not fixing my car. Nice way to make money. He said shop in California would not refund him, that's why he kept half. How is that my fault? If he broke a wrench doing the job, or his supplier sent the wrong muffler, would he expect me to pay for it? I recommend you stay the heck away from this place. read more

I needed an oil change and Ben was a great guy to go to. I found a special online for $19.99 for an oil change and inspection. He wrangled his computer and told me the specs from Toyota and they recommended a synthetic oil blend from the manufacturer. It was only a $10.00 upgrade so I went for it. (NO it wasn't a BS upgrade). Was pleased with the service and saw that I had the rear right brake light was out. I ran across the street to Advance Auto Parts and got a bulb. Took my car in not too long ago. Car was having a random misfire. The "mechanic" said that we had a dropped cylinder and that we need to get a new motor. Price quoted was $3600.00. I took my car home to look at it and decide what I wanted to do with it. With the once over. Checked oil, plus, wires. Which a mechanic could do in 5 minutes. Found that the plugs were bad. Changed the plugs and the car runs fine now. They quoted $3600 for a job that took 5 minutes and cost 25 bucks from across the street. Talk about misdiagnosis. read more

My job promotion sent me to the great state of Texas. I took my ole 99 Ford Ranger for a once over at Expert Car Care. They found a few leaks and explained that my belts and hoses were worn and recommended that I replace the A/C compressor too, since the heat in Texas is legendary. I made the 1500 mile with no problems and since the trip the truck and the A/C have worked without a glitch. Excellent Job guys. read more

These guys need a lesson in Professionalism and Customer Service!! I took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation and the work was done properly and they answered all of my questions thoroughly, so I took my wife's car in for an inspection. The owner called me back and briefly told me over the phone what problems the car had and asked me if I wanted to fix it right away. I chose not to because I always get second opinions for big work, and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they didn't provide me with a written estimate nor did they want to explain to me what they would charge for parts and labor for each issue. The owner just sat there, ignoring me, and answered phone calls. I think he was pissed off that I chose not to do the work, but with that kind of attitude, he'll never get my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car there to replace the headlight, cost roughly $25 but I was fine with that. Not even 2 weeks later the same headlight was out. I check to ensure it was the bulb and not the connection and it was the bulb so I went back to have them replace it and they kept saying it wasn't the bulb and it had to have been other problems when I specifically checked and made sure it was the bulb before going back. if I could give this place zero stars I would. I dropped my 2014 Altima off for an oil change before work. The manager called my work at 10am, had me pulled out of a meeting saying it was important. He said my car needed immediate repairs totaling $1300 dollars. His attitude going down the list was very pushy and i felt like i was being pressured into spending money i didn't have. He even asked me if I had anyone who could borrow me the money, who does that!!?? His desperation told me to say no, glad I did. I took the car that week to the dealer and only 2 of the 10 things he listed were needed, and they were purely maintenance items!!!!!!! I strongly recommend against going here ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. read more

Took my vehicle in for a check engine light at 10am on 5/17/16. Issue was not resolved the first visit as the check engine light came back on the next day (5/18/16). I understand this happens and was not upset about that. I then took the vehicle back on 5/19/16 at approx. 1:30pm. At 5pm I received a call from the shop manager, Ben telling me what the issue was and the price to fix it. I was quoted approx. $150. I told him I wanted to discuss the repairs with my partner who would be there in 5 minutes to pick up a print out of the work necessary to complete the repairs. I told him NOT to complete any repairs on the vehicle until my partner and I were able to discuss the matter. She arrived at the shop 5 minute later, Ben was gone, and the repairs had been completed. When my wife questioned why the repairs had been completed against my express approval the mechanic said "Ben said to do it." Ben had left so we were unable to address the issue with him. The only way the shop would release my vehicle was if we paid them for the repairs. The repairs I did not authorize and expressly stated were not to be done. It seems to be fairly obvious that they went ahead and completed the repairs BEFORE calling me with the quote. This is in violation of Rights and Rules under Chapter ATCP 132 read more

My usual service station closed down. A friend recommended I try this place. I signed up on their website and received 50% for my oil change. A car wash is also included. They were very good about answering my questions for another service that I need. I will return there again. read more
