Rebecca and Vince were able to provide direct updates regarding repair of the vehicle and were flexible with my schedule for pick up. The Gerber team were able to monitor my car while I was away for work travel, which is super helpful to me. In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't have to pay above my deductible when working with Gerber collision. They were able to work with my insurance company to address any supplemental issues, so the cost of repair was affordable.
