I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They do further inspections and alert you to other issues, while being honest with the underlying problems. Flash forward to today, and I now have a newer truck, but my wife takes her vehicle there. 10 years later, and the same great service and workmanship is happening. River Crest is a testament to upholding consistent business practices and having a good ethical establishment. Do not fear taking your car here. They will do a great job and shoot you straight on what is needed to be done.

The 4th time I went in they finally must've realized their mistake and put the right sized tires on. No admission of mistake, no apology, no complimentary service of any kind. THEN, my husband took his truck in for muffler issues. He had to take his truck back hours later because it was rattling so bad. They fixed their mistake (again, no admission of guilt & no complimentary service for their mistake). NOW, his muffler is so crazy loud AGAIN!!! We will be taking his truck back to repair whatever they messed up on, but we will NEVER go back! PS. My coworker also had the same thing happen with her tires there - put the wrong ones on her vehicle & they kept going flat. I don't know what's going on there - who they're hiring and/or who is overseeing the work, but it's bad! This shop used to be super reputable. Now they're awful in every way!
