The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Email stated someone would be in contact with me in one business day to 25 hours. 2 days later no reply. I called the 3rd day and asked about my appointment I put in for an they had no answer as to why no one contacted me. No big deal I get it. My problem is with the next part of this story. I set an appointment over the phone, show up for appointment. They had the tires I requested in stock at a fair price. I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! I absolutely can not believe this place gets away with this kind of work. I've heard very high things about them. All of which is a lie. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.

There for absolutely nothing was done. Not much that a person can do. Maybe because I'm a senior citizen she thought it would easy to snuggle me. terrible customer service, terrible work, I took my Mazda…read morein to get a clutch replaced, I bought my own part as I was needing a specific one rated for higher power, I got my car back after spending over 1600 dollars in labor costs alone, the first 200 miles my sway bar linkage fell off, which was a direct cause of them removing my front axels to drop my tranny this was 2 days after getting my car back, i Fixed that, but my clutch is making god awful noises, squaking when I take off or am in reverse, I drove for the full recommended 500 mile break in period, still making the same noise, I took the car back to them to check their work to which they very rudely told me I dont know what I'm talking about, I'm not a mechanic, my transmission was already destoryed when I brought it in. I have photos of the clutch they took out, to which they said it is in pieces and it very clearly was not, my car was not making these noises before I spent about 3 grand in Toto Al with parts and labor, now after sticking a camera up they are more showing me the video from this, all while saying the clutch is installed correctly, but either way they don't guerentee labor unless it's on their parts, and I simply was never told this, was not told this when I brought the car with the clutch, was not told this when they texted me to tell me to order a fly wheel, they never once told me it wouldn't be warrantied or never once recommended me to use their parts, I paid the labor to have time work done right, and I am left with a car that i have put my whole soul into for 5 almost 6 years that is embarrassing to drive, and sounds super rough. I was also hung up on by them saying "come get your fing car" then hanging up. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful on the phone, very disrespectful in person told me when I picked the car up that I don't know what I'm talking about, they told me the part was bad, which they did not, I have all the texts from this place, I also paid for an evaporative leak to be fixed, I still have a code for this and they are telling me that's not what they were supposed to fix, but that's the code that I said I wanted to get fixed. had 3 people all talking over me raising their voices and telling me I'm wrong, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
