Said it's none serviceable witch is wrong and the service Manger refused to do the wrong or give me back my money . To anyone thinking of going there please drive the extra 10 mins to next shop you will be way better in the wrong . I should of know self why they always have openings for work . We did a ride along and he clearly heard it told his manager and things got out of hand when I asked him to fix it and now they're trying to push it off to Honda under her insurance.

I have been getting the run around since the first time I told Brandon there was a problem in May of 2020 He told me it would be challenging to fix properly, but he never told me that he wasn't going to fix it. First I was told I'd have to wait for the water to warm up, then he never returned my calls until it was time to close the pool. The next season it was the same, as soon as the water gets warm I'll come fix it. And then my calls and texts were ignored all season. I was hopeful that 2022 was the summer it was going to be fixed finally. Since no one answers the phone at the retail shop and no one takes messages off the machine I went there personally to see if it was ever going to be made right. At that point Brandon starting yelling at me, saying that he told me it was going to be hard to fix and that he's told me that before. I left their store in tears. I have never been treated this way before, and never expect to be treated that way again. Until this liner problem, I was a happy customer. I feel their handling of this situation is fraudulent, and yelling at a woman customer is never acceptable. We paid over $6,000 for this new liner, and now our pool is barely usable.
