I get it they get busy on the weekends, but unfortunately I work all week and can't make it during their business hours. And so yes, I spoil them. The best food, treats, toys, bed, etc. They get it all. Even keep cold water in their bowl during the summer months. So when it comes to a place to shop I can't just hope for the best. And the team, they have to love my furry ones almost as much as I do. I don't care if you ignore me or never ask my name. But you best be getting down on their level and telling them how amazing they are and asking if they want a treat (of course the answer is always yes). And here, it happens every time. It doesn't matter if it's a slow day and I'm the only customer or there's an adoption event and the place is packed; my crew gets acknowledged. Over the years I have come for extra stuff like ear wipes and CBD treats (side note: those things work!). Of course the wall of toys is always a stop.
