I have replaced the liner in my in ground pool through this company and they installed it and there happened to be a manufacturing flaw (not B&G's error). They did all of the negotiating with the manufacturer and performed the removal and reinstallation with the utmost professionalism addressing details that surfaced along the way to be sure that any structural maintenance was addressed while the liner was absent. These people make going to the store to get your regular supplies something to look forward to rather than just an extra chore. He no showed on Friday but promised Saturday morning. He never showed up Saturday and stopped answering texts. It is now Thursday and he hasn't offered an explanation. I've had to contact another company and they told me they deal with unhappy customers of Marquis' all the time. Accountability and punctuality are certainly not his strong suit. If he gives you a low price it's because he's cutting corners. He is well known for it by other companies in this area who have to fix his mess.
