They have an option to make an urgent care appt online beforehand but the website was glitching on me so I did a walk in. I had maybe a 20 min wait and the Dr was with me shortly after. I wasn't rushed, and I felt in good hands. The facility is clean and staff are very welcoming. Bonus- CVS right next door for prescriptions but it was craaazy crowded.

They had some kind of dust mite study that was put off and they said they would call me when it got going again and never heard from them. They had a knee arthritis study that I qualified for and that was also put off. I was told they would call me when it started up. Guess what? I saw it on Craig's List & called Precision. The lady was nice enough and told me I would have to go to their Chula Vista office, which is no problem. But when I told her that I would like to get a gas stipend, if I happen to not qualify, she got all worked up and said she could not promise me anything and felt that I was not a good fit to come in. Well, I am glad I found out that Precision does not mind sending people all over and then looks the other way when they ask for travel expenses. Maybe Precision has no trouble getting people over there to their office on Euclid Avie., but their lack of finesse is very apparent with how they dealt with me. I am an excellent study participant . But Precision's lackadaisical attitude about staying in touch and their eagerness to brush off perfectly good subjects, such as myself, has cost them dearly. 2 YELP STARS & yes, I have experienced much better.
