I am giving this bad review not because the physical therapist himself is is bad Jim in fact is very good at what he does. He is treated me for about a year and a half however, the staff are extremely rude and only make appointments when it's the easiest for them. (I.E every Wednesday for one patient and zero wiggle room for another day same patient).
For example: A couple of weeks ago my wife and I tried to change some appointments around and, according to the first medical assistant, there was absolutely nothing available to book when only just a few short minutes later, a gentleman came out of the treatment room and asked if he could reschedule some appointments and then all of a sudden she had availability on the following Thursday in the afternoon which was what I wanted instead of an eight in the morning appointment.
That doesn't work out best for people who work or who own their own business and cannot make it. The staff like to pick and choose who they want to service properly and treat ones that they do not like with bad service
Jim I hope you are reading this. I'm sorry, but this is the only way in order to get through to you to hopefully make you understand that you need to make some changes in your staff.
Also, even though in the system they are in the networks for Blue Shield , the staff claim that they are not which they're losing out $1600 per quarter year. For anyone who just moved here out of state with different type of insurance such as a PPO just know that the staff will not work for you until Jim does something about it. I would address this because according to dignity HEALTH, you are still in network which you need to change. If you do not accept this type of Insurance, let your staff know. read more
