Their approach is both friendly and professional with the entire team working together for each patient to make sure they continue to progress and improve. That approach extends to the office staff that greets you when you arrive, particularly Annika. The facility itself is bright, clean and spacious ensuring there is plenty of room and equipment for multiple patients to rehab at the same time. Three months later and I'm so much better than I expected. (I was told 6+ months for recovery) Getting to know Kurt & Kim Draper, I've really been fortunate to meet such experienced and caring people. Kurt is very hands-on, explaining what he's going to do and why. He immediately determined I was having neck issues at night from favoring one side over the other, and provided excellent relief and care, which allowed me to sleep through the night - something I hadn't been able to do for almost two years. I believe this contributed greatly to my speedy recovery. You will not find a better team to help you through your recovery. At the time I was living in Glendale and my doctor referred me to two different physical therapy groups in the area. I went as directed and was very discouraged and disappointed with the outcome. The pain relief if any was minimal. Then we moved to Prescott and I was directed to API physical therapy and Matt as my therapist. The difference was like night and day. After about 4 weeks I am feeling much better. Matt is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I still have aways to go but at least I know I'm on the right track. Pain was greatly reduced, and I was able to move about but with still some pain. After three treatments, I am almost pain free. After each visit my pain decreases to the point of not needing more treatments. I still have shoulder and neck problems that require treatment, but my knee only occasionally. I can't recommend Jim highly enough for anyone with muscle or joint pain. by the way, I am 88 years old.
