I'd visited Andreia's North Druid Hills location in the past and found it had somewhat of an unclean look and feeling. The Sugarloaf Pkwy location was the exact opposite. The office, restroom and service rooms were very clean. The front desk ladies were kind and professional. My aesthetician Belinda was friendly and did an amazing job with my Brazilian. One word... AMAZING! All thanks to KAITLIN!!!! Being that I haven't gotten a wax since pre-COVID, I was a bit skeptical. On top of that, being 6 months pregnant only made my nerves worse!! Shortly after being greeted by the receptionist, I was called back. Kaitlin made me feel comfortable, not only was the wax A1, but the overall service made it better. First time here. Fast, easy and painless! I had an appointment for 9:00, I walked in at 9:07, was called back at 9:14 and was done at 9:25. I did take Aleve about an hour before (this was my first time taking anything before getting a waxing) and I honestly only felt a little sting. The other places that I have gone to hurt so bad. She offered me water and took my name and told me to have a seat bc the technicians were doing Brazilian waxes. I was seen at 6:00 by Michelly. She was ver personable and did a thorough job!! Worst wax experience ever. I usually go to the Roswell location but was in the area so I dropped in. I was assigned to Quinn, the only reason I know her name is because when I went to pay, the cashier told me. She never introduced herself. She had a negative energy from the start. I should not have let her start. The wax was really hot to my skin. I did tell her so she let it cool. When she was done she never bothered to go over the areas with a cloth to clean off the excess wax. I left with pieces of wax everywhere. I was also irritated from the temperature of the wax.. I never had such an experience as I have patronized many of Andreias locations. If I ever go here again I will surely not have Quinn as my waxer. read more

Annslie is the best! She has always been thorough and professional, and does her best to make sure you're comfortable during such an intimate service. I recently had an appointment scheduled and called about an hour in advance to let them know I was running behind at work. I work at a hair salon so I understand how frustrating it is when clients show up late or not at all. I was expecting to have to reschedule, but the receptionist held the slot for me anyway. I ended up running almost 10 minutes late. Annslie was super understanding and still took me when she had every right to turn me away. She didn't rush our appointment and did a great job, as usual. I went to get a Brazilian wax ... As a walk in They assigned me a young lady that usually works the front desk.. I've been to this location several times... I gave her a chance. I knew from the first removal this young lady had no clue what she was doing.. Not only was the fan directly on my vagina she took way to long to remove the wax once it was harden! She kept trying to pull and nothing.. So she had to pull out the scissors to remove the wax.. The amount of pain I endured.. we started at 10:30 and I finally walked out at 12 noon with wax still on my vagina... It was so bad I had to cut my underwear off because it was so much wax left! Clumps of wax all over! Bold spots all over my vagina not to mention the burning.. she apologized stated it was because I used (Veet) Bull.. I wasn't charged but I would never EVER refer or use them again! read more

Been here twice, and, so far, it's an okay place to get a quick wax. I had the eyebrow, underarm, and Brazilian wax services. Thorough waxing for all services, especially the eyebrows, so you call the shots on how you want your eyebrows to look. The women were friendly, professional, and attentive. The prices are great, too! $35 for a Brazilian? Can't beat it. Convenient location, too, especially if you live in the Duluth area. One major, major downside (at least for me, though) and why I'm giving this place a 4-star review instead of a 5-star: not cleaning up your client after the waxing experience. I had some strings of wax still attached to my body afterward, and I've been to other salons before where they had a warm towel for you to wipe yourself with. I would highly recommend some type of aftercare for your clients so that they're not walking out of the salon feeling like they weren't 100% taken care of. read more

My go-to place for Brazilian waxes! It's located in the Kroger plaza, so it's super easy to find. Free & ample parking right out front. You're able to schedule an appointment online, but they welcome walk-in's as well. Every time I've come on a weekday, they're able to take me right away which is one of the reasons I always come here! They offer many types of waxing, but the $35 Brazilian wax is a hard price to beat - especially with the amazing service the ladies here provide. They also offer waxes for men! For Brazilian waxes, they use hard wax. Which is my favorite, because it's a lot less messy. Hard wax entails using a wax that hardens up over a minute or so & doesn't require the waxer to use paper to remove the wax. It's also A LOT less painful, so I would recommend using hard wax for any beginners to waxing. Their $35 Brazilian wax also includes the belly, so if you have a happy trail they will be more than happy to remove that for you as well! A lot of other places charges that as a separate wax, so I really appreciate that service. I don't have a preferred waxer, because everyone I've had has done great. Please come here for any of your waxing needs! They're the BEST! They also have a location in Buckhead. read more

This is for the other location on Sugarloaf Parkway next to the Publix. I came in today to get a Brazilian done but my usual lady Vanessa, who is great, was on vacation so they Place me with CAROLINA instead. I was hesitant but agreed. When she proceeded to apply wax on me I told her it was too hot and she responded by saying "wax is hot". LOL what kind of reply was that. I'm not an idiot and this isn't my first time working with wax -of course I know it's hot. Instead of apologizing and cooling it off a little bit more for me she proceeded and said to me, " who do you usually see?" She told me i should stick with my usual lady instead. I was on the verge of telling her she didn't have to do it if didnt want to Wow so rude. Who says that to a customer?!? I was shocked. Didn't even take all the left over hairs with the tweezers and i ended up having to do it myself in addition to her also telling me to hold my own stomach taunt.
