She was at another location and has since moved to this one and I'll follow her to where she is. She's such a sweetie, great to talk to, helps me think of ideas and when I bring ideas and designs to her, she executes them flawlessly. Brittany is phenomenal! She recently left Gigi's salon about 2 months ago and losing her was the worst thing that could've happened to them. She took the necessary time on my hands, feet, and facial wax. Lol She fixed my RBF with the eyebrow wax. I trusted her skill enough to get a pink and white set! Nail Max; Peachtree Industrial Blvd $45 for THIS?! These are photos of my nails within 4 days of going to Nail Max. This is with NORMAL use of my nails. I have gotten SNS nails in other salons and I have loved how sturdy and beautiful they stay for a LONG time. I go back for maintenance in 3 to 4 weeks, only because they grow out... never because they break! I feel duped and taken advantage of by this salon. There is NO WAY these were SNS, but told they were. And no way I will ever go a second time to this place!! Terrible! read more

I always get great service here and they do great work! I discovered this salon through my MIL. She has been going here for YEARS. My SNS manicures are usually done by the guy and he knows just how i like it! Dont mess with my cuticles and i love the thickness as thin as possible without breaking/cracking in the future. read more

Horrible customer service and very rude! I came in today for a full set, and understood it is a holiday so I get they closed early. The sign indicated they close at 2 pm, it's currently 12:45pm. I walked in asked for a full set and was told they were about to close and didn't have the time. I thought that's strange but said okay and just asked if I can soak off my old nails. I was told they do not have acetone and couldn't help me. In the history of Nail salons what place doesn't have ACETONE?!? This was ridiculous and nonsense to me. No worries, this place obviously didn't want my business and they will never get it again. To add they had no problem helping the 2 women sitting in there chairs and 1 woman that just walked out with finished nails. read more

No complaints the first time . Nice little spot and the nail tech shaped my nails really well. Will return and MAYBE get my eyebrows waxed . The second time I got my nails done. It took almost two hours, and the tech didn't do a good job; everything seemed rushed. I will try it out one more time. read more

The service at this nail salon is flawless! I was greeted right when I walked in and led straight to a table with Alex where I got SNS Nails. I wanted to try a French manicure with SNS Nails and he suggested gel would look better with that but I insisted on trying powder and the results surpassed my expectations! He did a great job even though I now agree gel would've probably been better for French Nails. The space itself is open, clean, and modern. I was offered complimentary water/soda and massages while I was getting my nails done. My only complaint would be that the music and TV were a little distracting. The music could be a little more relaxing and maybe subtitles on the TV would be better. This was my first time here but as I was very pleased with the service I will definitely be coming back. They have so many services to offer and I can't wait to try other things. read more

My friend swears by this place, but not a fancy looking shop. I liked that the guy didn't have me constantly putting my nails in the gel machine after putting in once after each coating. Some places do. They are pretty nice and do a good job. $10 for a 10 min shoulder massage or get the deluxe pedicure. This might be one of my back-up nail spots. read more

I have lived around the area of Duluth/ Berkeley Lake for about 4 years and always just skip pass this place but today was a little different. I needed a last minute pedicure and I googled near by nail salons is the area because it had to be under 2 hours and I didn't want to drive far. Their deluxe manicure and pedicure includes a shoulder rub and makes for the perfect spa treatment. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is fantastic! I was kinda scared to try this place because of the bad reviews, but I need a new salon close to home that does a great job on the nails. I figured I'd give them a shot and I'm so glad I did. Kim did my nails and she not only did a great job, she was also fast, didn't try to sell me anything additional and - best of all - she didn't try to chat on incessantly while I was sitting there. I'm not anti-social by any means, but I can't stand making small talk with the person doing my nails or pedicure. I just need that little bit of time to myself and Kim gave me that! Oh, and she also massaged my neck and shoulders while I waited for my nails to dry. Love it. My trial on Sunday was just for the nails, but now I'm convinced they can be trusted with my pedicure, too, so I'll be going back this week to try it out. read more

Terrible salon who takes your money and only gives half hearted job. Do not make an evening appointment they will get mad and make you feel like crap because you are putting them out. This salon had a history of being the best in town and it was! However after Lu sold the Salon it has gone down hill. The quality and customer service is terrible and unprofessional. And she said me if I was married or single. "I didn't know you, why you were so curious about my personal life." It was super odd Number two. And she cut my skin, my finger was bleeding a little. They close at 8pm, I came in at 6:10pm for SNS. My nails needed immediate treatment, they were chipping, breaking, & lifting. I was told to come back tomorrow because they were full. I showed her my nails, she pointed to the customers who were being serviced & said we're full come back tomorrow. I've noticed when the owner isn't there that the lady in chair #1 is not so nice. My first time here. Got my gel mani done by Ann and fabulous! She took time to shape my nails the way I wanted and and the the deep french was perfectly the way I wanted. The employees seem very nice and gentle with every service. The hand massage PLUS shoulder massage was also perfect pressure! Total came out to be $35 love it Thanks Ann! If you are going to this place, it will be good to know who is good technician first. I had mani & pedi service. I'm satisfied with pedicure. However, i'm very disappointed with the result of manicure. Unfortunately this is the second bad experience from same technician. (I could not change the technician at that moment). My previous gel was not taken off clearly before manicure is applied. So i had to ask her to remove it completely. She was busy chattering with co-workers. I'm find with that but proper job has to be done. One of nail's shape is off, there was so many bubbles after i dried my nail, top coat was applied very very thick, finish was unclean. I usually never complain at salon, but this time i had to tell something. I explained about this to the owner since this was the second time. I showed my nail to her asking how does she think about my nail. She said it looks fine to her. I showed bubbles, unclean finish. She said "SOMETIMES YOU CAN BE PICKY TO SEE DETAILS".I'm very shocked when she said that. I asked her is there nothing you can do? and then she replied that they could redo my nail if i don't like it. And i did not have time to redo it. She said next time when i visit, i can pick different technician that i like.......... okay. She offered nothing, i was not complaining to take any advantage. she was just busy to cover up. and when she charge the total amount on my card there was no tip section. So i asked her how can i tip? and then she asked if i have cash. I did not have cash. And she saying "No it's okay" meaning that i don't have to tip. WHY? i honestly did not want to tip for the manicure after i saw all the procedure but how about a lady who worked hard for my pedicure ? i did not understand why she was saying that it is okay to not to tip for her employee. So i just let her charge my card one more. I really did not like the owner's mind. Maybe i'm too much picky to see too much detail when expert technician think it is fine.I will never visit this place again. read more

I went today just to repair one nail just to see if the service was better and theybhad me sit there for 20 minutes as they proceeded to take walkins that were getting more services then me. I went on a Saturday and got a pedicure and got a full SNS set and it was just fine great service everyone was nice no complaints while being at the salon. Sunday after noon I'm sitting on my couch and I go to pick up my dog and my nail brakes right in half now I'm a seasoned person when it comes to nails I've gotten them done a dozen times over. My problem was when I called I spoke to the owner and was told no I can't come in to get my ONE nail fixed because they were not going to have time and that no one knew how to do SNS. I don't live in that area I went with my mom and the owner said come back tomorrow... That made no sense to me at all how do you not have anyone with the amount of people that work there they only have 2 people that know how to do SNS, My nail should not have broken in half the next day, and if you wanted to keep a customer you would have had no problem just fixing ONE nail. I would have waited too I would have been okay with waiting till I could be fit in but being told flat out no is not the way to go. I will never go back here and they should probably get more people trained or hire more people who know how to do more. read more

I was referred to this place before I moved to Atlanta and they have been worth every dollar. The regulars are greeted by name and everyone is treated like royalty. If it's not a lip wax, it's gel nails; if it's not a foot scrub, it's a set of acrylics. Thank you, but I can see your service menu in full view, but this is all I came in for today. Treatments and pricing are avg. but customer service is terrible. I understand they are trying to make money but the constant badgering for upgrades gets old fast. Technicians constantly answer their cellphones and engage in conversations with each other. I have yet to find a low priced salon that does not do that but it's one of my major pet peeves. I have been in customer service for years and these are HUGE no no's. It drives me crazy that they have so little disregard for attentive customer service. read more

Went for a mani-pedi with my Best Friend as this is her go to spot. This was the most amazing nail experience I've had! My gel polish lasted for a full two weeks without chipping! My pedi is still in tact and this was a month ago. Went home and got my nails done at my regular place and it was nothing in comparison to this place!
