We started in August 2019 with my oldest, because my 2 year old wasn't quite 2 yet. I was really impressed how she is able to wrangle up quite a few tots with the help of the assistants with little to no crying. She is the owner teaching babies! That was also very impressive. My 2 year old joined halfway through the year and she was able to get her set up for a successful dance recital. I appreciate the hardwork and dedication. Even with Corona, we still had virtual classes and changing every single thing for the big showcase it still all came together. I'm just so proud and can't wait for next season and summer camps!

We also found a wonderful personal trainer Bradley Teague @ultraform_training that has taken my wife and I in for "couples" training sessions. He has flexible training packages. After several sessions we are both very challenged and engaged. As people who have no prior gym regimen / minimal exercise, Bradley has worked with us to build some endurance, and a long term commitment to exercise.

IT WAS OKAY! No one was bothered in the least, and that made everyone chill. So.. second win! And the third win, Miss Devin (the owner) was IN LABOR and still came to the recital. She looks forward to it whenever it's that day of the week she has classes. The owner and staff are VERY nice and welcoming. There are always classes going on when we are there - tap, ballet etc... And the level of classes and students are varied and you can attend classes that fit your level and needs. They also do a recital for your kids if you are interested for an addition... I think $60. The negative... I don't think the beginning hip hop class is for "serious" dancers. They are there learning basic moves and I think they are more focused on making it fun as opposed to technique. This is actually what we wanted, but if you were wanting it needing your classes to be more technique oriented, this is not the class for you. Maybe the higher levels focus a bit more on that but I wouldn't know. All in all, my daughter likes it very much and we keep going back. The people are great, the place is clean and professional and the "Dance Moms" I've met were all surprisingly wonderful women.

Most places it is an older dancer that works with them and while it's not necessarily a bad thing, it's also not the most beneficial. At The Dance Space, Tara (THE OWNER) teaches the little ones. WHAT? That's right. I personally danced for 13 years and didn't have a studio owner/director work with me until I was 11 or 12. Plus, Tara has more patience and skill with these children than I could ever imagine. Even as a new student, my daughter was welcomed so warmly. We are so happy here and hope to have a long tenure with The Dance Space.
