I had an appointment in August 2024 and they messed up where to send my prescription..twice. Instead of taking ownership of how they did not send the prescription to the right location or get the right information, from the insurance company, to the correct pharmacy; they blamed it on the pharmacy. It's January 2025 and I still haven't received my prescription. Looking for a new dermatologist and highly don't recommend these people because of the lack of care their representatives show.

Her responses were so short and dismissive that I felt uncomfortable even asking her any questions. I don't know if she hates her job or if she's dealing with personal issues that she's bringing to work, but she definitely shouldn't be in a profession that requires caring for people. She spent only three minutes with me, didn't address my concerns, and left me feeling like an inconvenience. I left the clinic with a terrible feeling, and I will never, ever come back. I certainly wouldn't want to see this woman again with her bad attitude, let alone have her be responsible for my care. Dont come here! Find somewhere else to go. They went beyond helpful to track down a prescription that I really needed this evening. I had already looked for it at another pharmacy & they said it was at Walgreens. So, I walked to the Walgreens in Brighton. If wasnt there. It was at another pharmacy, in Thornton. I couldn't get there in time. I tried using my doctor's service but, that didn't seem to work. This wasn't a medication that can be transferred from a pharmacy to another. The pharmacist took a long part of his day to track down one of the doctor's to make it happen. I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. I want to say thank you. A+++ service!!!
