It's addicting, I think I may just laser all of my lower region. It feels awesome to just feel clean of hair down there. I originally was uncomfortable with the idea of someone using a laser on my lower area but after working with her for a bit she has made me feel so comfortable I started to move forward with the areas I was nervous about. RESULTS ARE SO GOOD! The results I have seen have been honestly life changing. The confidence boost of not having hair on my back and butt has been so freeing. I don't have to feel nervous I forgot to shave. (I personally was embarrassed by those areas being hairy and it really bothered me) PAIN because I know people are curious. It's not that bad to be honest. An odd sensation is a good way of putting it. Got a lash lift, removed the product too soon on one side, too late in the other . Now one side is spiral curled and the other side is not curled. Make it worse? They broke off my lower lashes. So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. I also mentioned my droopy eyelids and that my previous injector adjusts placement to provide a subtle lift. I was advised to increase to 56 units, and after some discussion, I said fine (they made me pay the highest price per unit that I ever paid for that additional units) Within a week, my eyelids dropped significantly more than before. It appears too much product was placed in my forehead, resulting in pronounced lid heaviness. I am currently unable to comfortably apply mascara, and the outcome is very concerning. I contacted the front desk and was told a manager would call me. Instead, I received a text asking me to schedule another appointment. I requested a phone call but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed -- both in the outcome and in the lack of consideration for their customers. Never again!

I already knew going in that I would need 10-12 sessions to remove it. After three sessions the laser at the Bee Cave location broke, and I had to cancel my appointment. I intended to reschedule once they got a new machine, but life happens and I never did. After not rescheduling COVID happened and I lost track of time. Yesterday, 4/28/21 I went to the north location for my fourth laser removal session. Portcia (sorry not sure on spelling) was great! She had me ice my wrist for 5 minutes prior to the laser session. This caused vasoconstriction effectively reducing my swelling and under the skin bleeding. It's one day later and I have almost no discomfort. Highly recommend going here for tattoo removal. I can't wait for my next session!

Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.
