Scheduling is a breeze and the representatives are always so pleasant and understanding. Micah is a personal favorite of mine. She has surgically removed "things" and sent them off to pathology. Results come in very quickly. Her bedside manner is way above and beyond any expectations. Micah has the ability to make the patient feel like they're truly cared about. There are a few other estheticians in the area who offer dermaplaning; however, the level of education and experience required to perform it safely and effectively can only be gained over the many years of education and experience Semia has. He will take a small biopsy from your scalp and determine why you are losing hair - and then come up with the best course of action for you. It'll take about 2 weeks to get the results. My friend told me about him because she was losing her hair...her friend told her about him because she was also losing her hair...whose sister was losing her hair...etc etc. He has an incredible personality which makes you feel so comfy from the first appointment. He accepts most insurance policies where you pay your normal co-pay, however, please note that the biopsy part of the exam will usually go towards your deductible...I paid appx $150 for the biopsy part of the exam (and it was the best $150 spent vs all of the lotions and potions for thinning hair, vitamins etc on the market). Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Gavino. You will at least know WHY you're finding your hair EVERYWHERE.

After ending the massage early, I went to the front desk told them that I had to stop the massage and I wanted to just cancel my services for the day and without asking me a single question or telling me any company policies or referencing my experience (like with human empathy), Andrea told me that she would just waive all of my fees due to "all that I had been through." 30 minutes later and still before my scheduled facial, someone texted me and said that they planned to charge me for 50% of the fees because the manager didn't approve to waive them.... And I'm like, what does that have to do with me? After Andrea cancelled my appointment, my agreement to do business with your company ended so it's unethical to charge me for policies not communicated, after our business has ended! Then, Andrea sent me a dozen rude text messages gaslighting me, trying to troll me into an argument, not taking any accountability, and asking me to email her manager- and I'm like, for what? Why would I call him? Why wouldn't he call me to be the bridge in customer service or understand what went wrong here? In fact, if Andrea needed to charge me, why didn't you call me ask me to come back to the spa for a facial or communicate the change in the company plans vs. sending me a text message? Esp. Since Andrea already waive the fees? This spa staff are backwards (causing problems vs. resolving them- last example, when I called the spa to ask the names of the people mentioned in this review, Andrea tried again to start an argument with me (saying that I had been rude the whole time .. someone please pull the audio and video)... I tried to end the convo amicably but I finally hung up the phone when she started on a rant. I can't do petty, childish, rude, and bad service!
