Should have drove away from the first red flag. Consult appointment was at 8a, I was there while the door was locked and then finally texted and said is anyone in there? Why schedule me at 8a then tell me sorry we were having a huddle. She did the whole car salesman spiel and I fell for it hook line and sinker. Then she told me I couldn't get in until mid June. I said we'll ok then I will wait and call you back. She said oh wait I can get you in next Saturday for 45m. I said fine thats great. Wait all day for the appointment, get there and then they tell me I'm not on the schedule and they cant fit me until mid June. Pretty convenient now that you have my $14k in hand. What a scam! Got the service and now 3 sessions into 10 but lifetime service. My back is clean and arms are much smoother. Service is quick and they assist with treatment pre and post but it's very easy to have this work for you. It does pinch but much less than a tattoo and it's quicker. I'm continuing to go and look forward to having it end by year end. They specialize in just this, nothing else. The treatments are good when I am able to be scheduled but they seem to have an issue overbooking. It's also taking a lot longer than I expected to be hair free (possibly from not being able to reschedule for months at a time) I may need to switch locations to be seen regularly. read more

Milan Laser is incredible! Not only is their facility super clean, updated and stocked with medical grade equipment their staff is incredibly friendly and professional! We really enjoyed our consult with Cecelia the manager who was very helpful in explaining the process, evaluating our needs and desires for what my husband and I wanted to get done and helping go over financial options to make it all work within our budget! Veronica their nurse practitioner has phenomenal bedside manner, explains what she will be doing and makes sure that you are comfortable, because it's not always easy spreading those legs apart for a stranger! They have high quality and the latest and great equipment and a "cooling" system for the skin that really helps decrease the pain, especially in comparison when I've had laser in the past. PLUS who the heck doesn't want a lifetime hair removal guarantee, because lets be real ..... I've had laser before from other places and now I'm obviously back for the same areas! So its WORTH IT! I wish I could give them no stars. When I signed up I was told there were locations all over the county. I let them know I was relocating to Vegas and they canceled my contract since there are no locations in Vegas. I was not able to use my last service I had already paid for since they said another payment was due. I ended up canceling everything and being owed a refund for the service I already paid for. After I had canceled and had a confirmation of that they charged me a few days later unauthorized. I let them know how much of an inconvenience this was but they didn't seem to care. In fact the person at the South Austin location literally hung up on me for no reason then when I called back refused to give me corporate's number. I had to make several calls to corporate with an average hold time of 50 minutes to see where the refund was after being told it would be there on a certain day and that day passing without my money returned. Each time I called it was a different story and I still don't have my money back (see pics). Also the worst part about all of this is the hair removal is not permanent. It's all grown back despite them assuring me that wouldn't be the case. read more

I have absolutely loved Milan! After 4 sessions, I am almost 80-90% hair free (crazy!!) The facilities are super clean and the staff is so accommodating and genuinely sweet. No matter which tech you get, they ALWAYS do a good job and make you feel comfortable. I am getting my bikini done and was a little worried it was going to awkward but i have never felt more comfortable and didn't know why I was ever nervous. I will say, it is pretty expensive, but you get lifelong sessions for touch up if needed and I also got 1 session for a different area free. So worth it! I'm Eastern European and have dark thick body hair, which I wouldn't mind if it were soft instead of coarse, but it isn't. I'm halfway through my sessions and already my life is so much better.
