I wound up getting the PRP (vampire) facial with PRP injections. Yeah it's not cheap, but that is comparable with what it costs throughout the country. I saw a big difference where they had done the PRP injections right away. The PRP treatment was the most painful beauty treatment of my life. It was an hour of torture. I felt they really minimized how painful it was during the consultation. During the consultation I asked if it would hurt and they just said "Oh, you'll be numb", so I really wasn't mentally prepared for it going in. The medical professional seemed kind of oddly amused by my reaction and just said that "Oh, well everyone reacts differently." I wanted to write this review to warn other clients of what to expect.

I have long wished to have the lower stomach tattoo removed and finally got the courage up to visit Laser and Light Surgery Center and do just that! I love that their website had a lot of information about the removal process. I also enjoyed that the price was listed as well as what to expect during and after the procedure. On the day of, I entered the office and was nervous. The receptionist that greeted me was really nice. It was only a short wait until I saw the gentleman that performs the procedure. He confirmed the price that their website states, a tattoo like mine would cost $100 per treatment and may take 7 or 8 treatments. He was very patient with me as I was hesitant to let the laser touch me but wanted the procedure. He used 2 lasers on me, one for colored ink and one for black ink. I had heard that the procedure was way more painful than getting a tattoo however I found it to be less so. Three weeks after my first treatment and my tattoo is already much lighter than it was. I am quite happy with my experience!

She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available.
