Paige said there would be a little bit of a spicy feeling but my husband said he felt fine and it never burned. So that was great. We were told to try to leave the cream on as long as possible, so he did. He went to wash it off today and that's when we took everything out of the bag & learned that we did not get everything. Instructions say to apply retinol crème complex packet which he wasn't given. He was given an ice pack, that he didn't need. Also given a blue box of I believe the hydration crème.
