5 out of 5. I visited about a week ago for my first ever laser treatment. I met with both Lorrie and Liz. Both very kind and professional. During my consult Lorrie went through the whole process and made sure that all my questions were answered. Very pleasant and made sure that she understood what my goals and expectations were. When it came time for the actual treatment to begin I was incredibly nervous. But Liz was very comfortable to be around and I felt at ease. She made sure that she explained every step of the process and that I was ok to continue. I've never been to any other laser clinic before but after my first visit here I know I'd never want to go anywhere but here. read more

My wife started treatments at Milan Laser back in March 2024. She is a transgender woman and her facial hair caused her so much dysphoria. She has had 8 treatments, and she went from having to wear corrective concealer and heavy foundation to nothing at all! Her skin looks amazing, the staff at Milan has always been warm, welcoming and professional. They have taken such good care of her, today I signed up myself.
