Every time Ive gotten a flat iron straighten or even a blow dry straight it lasts FOREVER. And Karen gives us curly-haired ladies tips on how to prolong your straightened locks! The inside is definitely a lot nicer and something you wouldn't expect from seeing the outside for sure. I'm pretty picky when it comes to hair, but what girl isn't. Carmen was awesome. She thoroughly explained every step she made and did suggestions on hair products that i could get to maintain my hair. She definitely lightened my hair as much as possible without destroying it. My hair is literally black by the way, so to go blonde as she did without completely destroying it in one sitting is impressive. Goal is eventually a grey color but had to go blonde first, the balayage she did looks amazing. Honestly if I wasn't planning on going grey for the winter I would be so happy keeping my balayage as is. Honestly I don't think pricing was that bad, I personally think that it's reasonable for what she did. Balayage prices start at 65 but honestly I've paid more and it doesn't come out as great. So I'd have to say pricing is reasonable. Can't wait to return for the final look in two weeks.

My second visit, which was two months after my first, Von remembered me and referenced a conversation we had two months earlier, which was incredible. I am a hair stylist so I notice and appreciate those little things. Once, after receiving a bad gel manicure at another salon, my nail tech at Vonderful (I wish I could remember her name because she deserves so much credit) told me that she didn't feel comfortable with giving me another gel manicure because my nails needed time to heal. She suggested a regular manicure. She didn't try to upsell me. Caring about the clients and the integrity of the nails is such a rare quality. I am sadly disappointment with every nail service I have had when I go elsewhere. They set the bar high!

Only I've never had my hair done by anyone in the area, and never once had my lashes done! This is not how you treat your unhappy clients and I suggest taking customer service classes.
