One of the best cigar shops I've been in. Great selection, friendly and knowledgable staff. They take the time to ask about your preferences, and give you several options to choose from, taking price and affordability into consideration. I have 4-8 cigars a year, and am not as familiar with cigars in general, but I'm always confident that I'm leaving with a quality cigar when I leave here. I am giving one star because there isn't an option for less. I went to Milan Saturday morning with my best friend without a mask on. The woman at the counter said we needed masks on to enter the store. However, there were 15 or so people in the store (about 10 feet from me) without masks (not really sure how they would suggest smoking a cigar through a mask anyway). I asked the lady why we were different and she said we need one to enter and leave. This didn't make sense but we wanted a cigar so we said we would get a mask to which she replied that they didn't have room for us. Being that this was our first time at this establishment, I could only surmise that she simply didn't want us there for some reason. Looking around the room, I noticed that everyone was white and my friend was black. I can't say with certainty this was her thoughts or a bias of this establishment but it sure seemed like we weren't wanted. read more

I am not familiar with cigars so I was hopeful that the staff would be helpful.....I was totally wrong. The person I dealt with the morning of 9/29/19 was an arrogant jerk. I told him I was looking for something smooth and maybe a little sweet and he told me that "all cigars are smooth, that's the name of the game." I then asked if he had any recommendations and his response was "I dont think we have what you are looking for here." I will admit that the selection of cigars was quite impressive and if you are a cigar aficionado this store is probably for you. i will take my business elsewhere that can supply better customer service. read more

i love this shop. they have a wide selection of cigars, nice humidors, and other smoking accoutrements. they also have nice leather armchairs to relax and have a puff in. the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly (and almost always smoking cigars...). if you don't smoke, they have a lot of magazines in there too. read more
