They have broken all the buttons off my sweaters, shrunk the sleeves, stretched out the sleeves, shrunk the sweaters, and even snagged them. My husband has had issues with them too. He had his jeans hemmed and after he washed them the hem unraveled. He took them back and they charged him for redoing the hem.

We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

I had a coat dry cleaned here and they ruined the collar of my coat…read more When I pointed this out to them they told me this was the way the coat was brought into the cleaners, which is completely untrue.The proceeding conversation was totally unprofessional with the owners telling me that it was because of the bad quality of the coat and that I should go back to the retailer to take it up with them. They refused to give me a refund when I thought I deserved a refund and a reimbursement for a coat I will never wear again. I will never go back and I highly discourage anyone else from using them.
