I noticed Milano Nails from the outside, and something told me to give it a try--I'm so glad I did! The interior is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. It feels like stepping into an elegant lounge, with modern services and a relaxing atmosphere. This was my first visit, and I was paired with Jennie--she's definitely my new nail technician! I received a builder gel fill and a lavender spa gel pedicure, and I was in heaven. The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the neck warmer was such a thoughtful touch. They also offer complimentary beverages, and I enjoyed a coffee during my service. The entire experience felt luxurious and relaxing. I've officially found my new nail spot and will absolutely be returning! read more

UNHAPPY Pedicure & Manicure. Inconsistent quality and experience among the operators. There are not uniformed. You can tell that the company didn't train them to any standard or consistency. My wife finished Pedicure & Manicure in 20 minutes I did the same but without color nor polish and it took 45 minutes. The vibe is very nice. read more

I attended Milano's grand opening. Even though the day was hectic, they handled it very smoothly. The staff could not have been more lovely. Water and soft drinks were offered while we waited for our services and they checked several times to make sure everyone had what they needed and were comfortable. The nail salon is clean, spacious and well appointed even having wireless phone chargers on each pedicure chair (just make sure you turn on the massage portion of the chair for the charger to work). There was someone constantly going around cleaning all surfaces from table tops to the pedicure chairs to the floors. A wide variety of nail and waxing services are offered. The salon takes pride in pampering its customers and even on a very busy opening day they did not rush you through your service. Check the menu on the website to see all the services offered. Most nail services come with an added bonus from scrubs, to neck warmers and heated towels to a hand or foot massage (depending on if you get a manicure or pedicureof course). Milano has really upped the ante when it comes to nails salons. As an added bonus, from now until 6/28 all services are 25% off. read more

This gorgeous salon had a grand opening special today. The first 50 people got free pedis, so my husband and I hopped in line about 8:45 AM and were about 30th in line. After awhile, they brought us inside to wait in a comfy chair in the AC. The chairs have built in massage, a phone charger (magnetic where you put your phone on top of it) and a place to rest your shin while they work on your feet. No holding your foot aloft while they work on it. The pedi was great and my husband is now addicted to pedis lol. For the grand opening, they had a great spread of Chinese food and snacks, a DJ, lots of bottled water and drinks. Highly recommend this new spot!!! read more

Great new place. My co workers told me about this place. It's beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking. They offer you a drink on arrival free of charge. They give you a nice warm neck wrap. My only complaint was the music selection. It was not relaxing. More like a dance vibe. But that's just me. read more

We went to Milano Nail Spa last night for pedicures. I was blown away by the service, cleanliness, selection of polish, quality of the products, and our technicians were amazing! Jennie and Henry were fantastic! Their attention to detail, and then the massage..... I could have fallen asleep. The manager Tony was wonderful, checking in on us, and making sure we were enjoying the service. We will be back! The location is very conveniently located in the Hillsboro Mall. Go check them out! I just left Milano Nail Salon and I was blown away by how incredible this salon is! Milano just opened 2 months ago and it is absolutely beautiful on the inside and nothing like any other salon I have ever been to before. The details and decor that were put into this place are stunning! They have a huge bar full of all kinds of drinks when you walk in on the left side and then on the right side they have an infinite amount of nail colors!!! I have never seen so many color options in my life! The colors are beautifully displayed, almost like you would see in a fancy store, and they are all lit up. The customer service and the nail techs are top notch!! I was treated like a queen by everyone there. The owner, Tony, was so sweet! I got there 45 minutes before they were closing and I wasn't sure if they could help me today. Tony and the sweet concierge (my apologies, I didn't get her name, but she had beautiful nails too, LOL!!) both assured me they had plenty of time to do my nails and a pedicure today. Tony then personally showed me around his salon and brought me complimentary drinks. One of them was a mohito I think and it was so cute and absolutely delicious! It was served to me in a gorgeous glass that was custom monogrammed with Milano on it. The drink had fresh chopped mint in it, fresh cut lemons, and a cute umbrella garnish. I also had a glass of wine! The massage chairs are extremely comfortable, better then any other salon I have been too. They also provided me with a warm and comfy neck pillow and a pillow to rest my arms on, which was such a nice touch! While I sipped my drinks, Lee and Henry got to work on my feet and hands and they were so sweet, kind, gentle, and patient with me. Even though the salon was closing soon, Henry and Lee spent so much time with me!! They both stayed at least an hour past the closing time to finish and my nails look incredible!!! Easily the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had!! Henry is extremely talented and is a true nail artist. He showed me some of his past work with other clients, to help me decide on what to do with my nails, and the nails he has done before are stunning!!!!!! Ask for Henry and Lee when you go! I also met nail tech, Ann, and she was wonderful too! Very sweet and helpful as well! The best part was, I received a 10% discount as a 1st time customer. I had powder dip. My nails came out beautiful. I had an appt. At 12 but did have to wait until 12:15. It was worth it though. Everyone was nice and kept asking me if I needed anything. I also bought a gift certificate for my friend. I will be back tobtry the pedicure. I live in Deerfield Beach and I used to go to North Boca to get my nails done. I understand that bringing my baby to a nail salon isn't the ideal situation, and I truly appreciated that they accommodated me as a walk-in. I came in with just a few remaining acrylic nails that needed to be soaked off and was looking for a simple cleanup of my natural nails with no polish. Unfortunately, the entire service felt very rushed, and I left feeling that I didn't receive the quality of care I was expecting. The cuticle work was minimal, and the manicure itself seemed hurried. I was then charged $30 for the service, which came to $38 after tip. While I understand businesses have set prices, I was surprised by the cost given the amount of work that was performed and the overall experience. As a first-time customer, I was hoping to find a welcoming local salon where I could return in the future. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and that the service did not reflect the price I paid. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I do expect to leave feeling like I received good value and was treated as a customer they'd want to see again. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. I was able to get in the same day, and even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, I was seen right away after filling out the forms. I was initially impressed with the location. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. Overall, wasn't too impressed with this place, and won't be back to pay full price.

The Salon is beautiful, very clean and modern. The Owners are super nice and they go out of their way to say hi and talk to their clients, and staff is the same. The salon itself is simple and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. What stood out the most was the quality of my nail service. My nails were filed and filled beautifully--they took the time to shape them exactly how I like them, and I was very happy with the final result. The shape is clean, even, and looks fantastic. My gel pedicure was good overall. It came out neat, although I did notice a small crack in the corner of one toenail where it could have been filed a little more carefully. Somewhere nearby! I originally was just going to get a coffee and get some work done nearby BUT the day had a different plan for me as TIPSY NAILBAR BOCA was conveniently located next to Carmela coffee SO WAS IT DESTINY? Maybe, some may say YES! Ha ha Anywho, I didn't have an appointment and inquired about a walk-in pedicure. Although they were clearly busy, I was taken back pretty quickly. About 5 minutes before I got taken back to a seat. And maybe about 5-10 before someone came over but the massage chair and water helped. I did the Signature Pedicure with French Gel with Kelly which comes with a drink (wasn't offered but I figure it's because they saw I had a drink but would've been nice to be asked at least, I would've taken a soda ha ha). She was very kind, thorough, and efficient. She wastes no time, love that for me because I love to take my time and enjoy it by being in the moment but if you're on a time crunch, it helps. After she finished, she oiled up my toesies and put on my sandals for me. My french pedi came out perfect and I love that Kelly made sure to ask me if I liked it, which makes a big difference after having gone to so many salons who don't care enough to ask. Will def come back, I'm in Boynton but I'd make the drive!

I did not get her name, but it was a younger girl this time and she took me to the back where she did my eyebrows and then wanted me to leave, but then had to remind her that I had two other services that needed to be done. Wax kept going in my face, which was pretty annoying and this may have been her first time doing it. After she was done, I felt my face and I felt more hairs were there, and I asked her to tweeze them out, but she looked at me and said no it's fine. I think it's such a self conscious service regardless for a woman and someone letting me know that they weren't going to continue the service really put me off of this place. I maybe would try it one more time, but with the lady I had the first time. Not everyone is supposed to do this service.

I came in and specifically asked for someone who's…read morereally good with gel nail polish -- you'd think that's a basic skill in any nail salon nowadays. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst my toes have ever looked after a gel polish service. The technician immediately tried to blame it on the fact that I didn't get a full pedicure, but that has absolutely nothing to do with how uneven, bubbly, and messy the polish turned out. I even chose Funny Bunny because I know it's a simple, classic shade that I've gotten over a hundred times -- and never once has it looked like this. The polish is streaky, full of air bubbles, and unevenly applied with gel all over the skin around my nails. When I mentioned it, instead of fixing it properly, she just layered on more polish to cover it up, making it look even bulkier and worse. On top of that, the attitude and gaslighting were unbelievable -- insisting it "looks fine" when it clearly doesn't. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. Really disappointing experience, and now I have to pay again somewhere else just to get them redone. The pictures don't even show how bad it is in person.
