Honestly, I liked this pizza. I don't think it will be everyone's cup of tea, but I like a pizza that's light on the sauce so the toppings stay in place. Don't waste your time! I've given this place two tries and both time they fall way below expectation! It's really hard to mess up pizza but these people succeed at it! The pizza is bland and completely lacking any sort of flavor, the crust is really chewy even though I ask for it to be crispy, the cheese bread tasted like cardboard and they can't do simple requests like extra cheese or no marinara but add ranch. Most unreliable person. I have ordered 9 pizzas of large size and they gave me the discount for 2 dollars and then reduced the size to medium size and served it in the large box. I was in a hurry during the pickup and did not noticed it until I brought It to the masjid/mosque/prayer hall. I told him multiple times during placing the order that he will make the good pizza as I will be feeding the kids. He started yelling at me told me not to come to the store again. He was challenging me that he is owner of 3 stores and he is having good business and doesn't worry about his reputation. He has forgotten about almighty who gives him business. I honestly thought I'd walked into a tea room when we entered--the decor is pastels with touches of grandma's living room, a surprise since I figured it would be grapevines and wine bottles or at least a mural of Italy. Service was very friendly, and each table is already set with real pottery plates and metal tableware. We decided to split a chicken Caesar salad and that was fortunate because it was huge. My hubby got a personal pizza and I went with chicken alfredo, which was piping hot and a large enough portion that I took half of it home. I called today to pick up a Pizza order. I ordered over the phone with a guy named Ahmed. I placed an order for X-large Supreme and requested to take off the onions and the green olives. When my son picked up the Pizza and came home, it was with Chicken, supreme Pizza does not come with Chicken, and when I called and spoke to the same guy, he said he heard me saying Chicken. When he took my order and repeated it without the word Chicken, he said ok, ask your son to come to pick up the correct order. He did not say sorry or provide good customer service, and the phone call should be recorded if I said Chicken Supreme. He didn't want to take responsibility or admit it was his mistake. Then in less than a minute, he called me back and said make sure your son brings back the Pizza with him, with an attitude at first, I said, ok, but my son and his friend ate some slices; he said ok, just bring it. But ok. After I hung up with him, I thought about it and called him back. I told him my son would be coming to pick up the correct order from McKinney; you said no sorry or apology. He had an attitude and hung up the phone on me once I told him that I would not come back and I would write a bad review about Milano Richardson Pizza. That was the worst customer service. I am sharing my experience cause that was very rude and bad customer service. The people running this business should be reported, and customers should know about this. read more

For people who don't want to read details, here is the bottomline: Pizza is good, sandwiches are better, and desserts are the best! At Milano Pizza you get to taste each and every ingredients that goes in the good. Everything is added in moderation. There was not a single thing that was served last night which had anything in excess. Everything was hot, fresh, right out of the oven. Moham-marah: A paste of red pepper with lemon juice and olive oil. It was freshly made, mild, and goes very well with Pizzas and Sandwiches. Much much better than having Marinara sauce! Philli Cheesesteak and Chips: Right amount of meat, cheese, and dressing in crispy hoagie roll/bun. Chips were really good, little smaller than regular size but very crunchy and fresh. Chicken Sandwich: I really enjoyed eating it. At the first bite, I was amazed by the burst of flavors in my mouth. If you look at my pictures, you will see that I had opened it just to see what they had put inside to make it taste so good. Sujuk with Pickle slices: It's a sandwich made from specially prepared meat called Sujuk, cheese, and tomato. The sandwich is then pressed and comes right out form press hot and crunchy. It was served with Pickle slices. This is Owner's favorite and recommended. Chili Bread: Although, called chili break but it was not very spicy, sprinkled with Duqqa (if im not wrong), and tasted really good. Chicken Alfredo Pizza: One of the best Pizzas I have tasted. It was not soggy with Alfredo sauce and very light over all. I have eaten at Cici's and I know what three slices can do to you over there, but these Pizzas were made with healthy ingredients, with no excess of sauce or cheese. Chicken Supreme Pizza: Same goes for this Pizza. It had two types of Olives, Mushrooms, green peppers, and Chicken. Dough was completely baked and very soft. Kunafah: This was a real treat. Probably the best non-desi sweets I have ever had. It was made up sawiyah mixed with alfredo cheese and sprinkle of pistachios on the top. I'm neither of fond of sweets nor cheese and it had both, but still I will go back for it. Highly recommended. Manool: A fresh, soft cake sprinkled with sugar and pistachio. Not too sweet, a perfect to have it with their tea. Mint Tea: Hot and fresh mint tea served in a beautiful glass mug. I drank it without even worrying about adding sugar as it was so good. It's a family owned restaurant and I don't think I saw any outside employee in the store as host herself was sweeping the floor as we were leaving. They are very down to earth and make you feel at home, actually your grandma's home. They check on customers every time they see an empty cup or plate. I'm very pleased with their hospitality. I recommend everyone to definitely try this place and see yourself become customer for life. read more

It was a traditional style pizza and we really enjoyed it. They just charged $1.75 for the extra large pizza. Made me feel, that's kinda free while I pay $1.5 for the same at 6" Subway. This restaurant has a different ambiance, am not a big fan of it anyway so one star gone, their pizza is just OK nothing wow to me, the turkey sandwich is very good and has a nice taste, it's small but I don't care since it's good one, the cheessteack is disaster, I don't know if this one is the philly one or it made somehow to their way, but the taste is horrible, oh I forgot there is no music, and they need to do something about it, it's so quite there and you can hear all the stories around you so I didn't talk to my wife during our meal, I will be fair and give this place 3 stars and will check on it later as a second chance. read more
