The people working there are so friendly! They make great conversations while I waited for my order. I ordered 4-6 pizzas and they put them in a huge box which made them so much easier for carrying. Very disappointed after moving here from Coppell. A huge fan of IFratelli in Coppell, and thought all of them delivered the same quality, but sadly no. I've ordered at 12+ pizzas since moving here and there is no comparison to the IFratelli in Coppell from where we ordered for 26 years. :( We've always ordered the Big Brother and this location is consistently super skimpy on the Italian sausage, and from time to time there is way too much pizza sauce or not enough; even the crust is different. A few nights ago I ordered a pizza from the I Fratelli location in Richardson. Delivery was basically on time and I ate about half of the Carne Classico that I received. This was the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from I Fratelli. I even have an account set up for what that might be worth later. But there might not be a "later", the day after I had the pizza and I had very strong attack of stomach upset which culminated in diarrhea and I barely made it come in time to avert a total disaster. I suspect something had not been refrigerated properly or was left out too long. I haven't had that kind of food poisoning experience in decades. I emailed the location and "Rachel" got back to me saying she was going to raise the issue with her management and top management. So far I have had no response. Giving them 2 starts because their management team can't seem to hire competent delivery drivers. The pizza is ok. For the second time in one month, two separate drivers not only couldn't find my place, but was rude about it on the phone. Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Favor, and Amazon all find my front door without issue, so I have no idea what iFratelli drivers are having trouble with. This is good pizza. Good thin crust, good ingredients. When I used to work in Irving, we would have their Las Colinas office cater and deliver to our office at least once or twice a quarter. And I got a taste of variety of what they have! All of it is good! Service here isn't bad. It's not a dine in restaurant, although they have a table or two to sit outside but now it's too cold to do that. Luckily, the pizza here tastes like their other restaurants. I have been searching for the best pizza with a thin crispy crust for years! I am not a fan of the thicker dough or stuffed crust pizzas, and that is not what you get here. The pizza was delivered via Grubhub. All the ingredients tasted fresh and they were loaded on the pizza. We built our own with pepperoni, hamburger, black olives and mushrooms! My roommate had a coupon so we could try this place out. It was a large 2 topping pizza with an order of breadsticks and 2 slices of cheesecake for $25.00. The breadsticks were nothing special and I thought it was very weird that the dipping marinara was super cold. The pizza is rectangular, thin and has a crispy crust. We got sausage and mushroom which was not bad but not great either. The style does have a little bit of a burnt taste. The toppings were also not spread out evenly, most were clumped in the middle. Now, I was not expecting much out of the dessert but this was excellent cheesecake, very silky and creamy. Overall, I might order again but won't be my top choice. read more
