Then I drive 4 hours back to home go to dock boat in lake turn key one check engine light is on so I load it up drive it back 4 hours to Mortz and can't get a sales manager to call me back service keeps telling me next week. 8/9/23 and I still have not got a boat wasted the rest of my kids summer.

Cory got on the phone and I told him my situation; he said to bring it in. He cleared out a bay and got to work discovering that my stabilizing rod was sheared and had to be welded. He rolled underneath and did the welding himself. Immediately. Some 3,000 miles later and 12 stops, he fixed it perfectly. Toy Box Marine of Mandan, ND has the worst mechanics ever. I paid good money for them to install a…read morenew engine for a jet ski I bought from them. They torqued off the cooling system engine bolt. Its leaking water into the air intake, which will ruin the new engine by vibration and heat. Two other independent services agreed, but the manager Rodger and their mechanic at Toy Box disagree. They reluctantly agreed to work on it 5 days later. 5 days later, they said they would fix it after they finished working on a boat. I checked back that afternoon 8.5 hours later and it wasn't finished. As I pulled in, I see the mechanic leaving off on his Harley. I asked when will my jet ski be done? Rodger said hopefully tomorrow. I asked if he had the products to fix it. He said he wasn't sure. So I went and bought the products a block away, and now having another mechanic fix it first thing in the morning. They have had two and a half months to work on this jetski and what kind of business thinks they can give a unfinished engine job back to a customer who paid 3,700$ for the jetski and engine; and I can't even ride it? Keep in mind I live three hours away and they knew that also.

Unless you have tons of time and no need for your boat to be repaired in a timely fashion go elsewhere.
