Similar to another review I asked them to only come every other week but they came more frequently and charged me. They don't let you know that they are coming or say hi when they are there so it's hard to know when they've been. I'm pretty sure multiple visits were charged that never took place at all .. but then it's hard to know for sure because of the lack of communication. I was pressured -- called on evenings and weekends -- demanding immediate payment of invoices that had never been sent to me. Legal threats as well if I did not pay inaccurate, overblown invoices. I found it worth paying simply to have no future interactions. When I pointed out the issues with timing and bulked up invoices I got a bunch of blame thrown in my face. I recommend you hire basically anybody else -- the many one star reviews across multiple platforms are well warranted.

Now it is WAY late, and I have a tenant that is freezing, the pipes might also freeze in the house, and I am stuck scrambling around trying to find someone to do a late emergency repair. Their only suggestion was to call another company that has a reputation for being horrible. This used to be a reputable company, but now they have new management that is part of another big "group". It is hard to find anyone who is willing to do this work; no one seems to be familiar with the powered anode rods. I was referred to them by Yelp Projects. They responded almost immediately to my Yelp request, and were able to come out the next day. Their communication is excellent; I got numerous messages confirming my appointment and letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a follow-up call to check that everything was satisfactory. My only gripe (for which I knocked off a star) is that they are very expensive, even as plumbers go. They charged $857 for a 1-1/4 hour job, for which I provided the materials. One nice feature, though, is that they do flat-rate pricing based on the job and not on time, so you know in advance how much it is going to cost.
