Dr. Moore is a great doctor, and I like him, but I have a rapport with Dr. Messer. She is thorough, takes the time to understand what is important to you about health and treatment and will do further research if necessary. And she respects my decisions as a parent. She's also a really nice person who I enjoy having a conversation with. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all very solid-- helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I've had questionable experiences with the medical assistants, but it hasn't affected the medical care we've received. Also, the doctors are usually on-time for appointments, and I feel like the staff respects my time.

I was so impressed with how caring, patient, and informative they were. They gave me precise guidelines of how to best care for him, as well as warning signs of things to look out for. It is easy to access in Clifton being at a major intersection with a traffic light and by the back streets. I had to come here on numerous occasions for blood work on the sixth floor in 2018 and again recently. The parking is free and I never have to drive around and around to find a spot. My only petty complaint is walking in the cold from my car to the elevator lobby. The associates are friendly and professional. After checking in I only have to wait 5 minutes or less to get the blood work done. It has only taken one try to get the blood sample and the technique has been as quick and painless as can be expected. The results are are usually available in 2 days and can be viewed on my online account. Just off of the lobby is a pharmacy that can be used to pick up your medications making it a one stop visit for you. I go to my own outside pharmacy and have not tried the one here. This is also where the endocrinologist doctor's office is l go to is located. Like many Americans, I took a short hiatus from regular visits to the doctor during the pandemic…read more Couple that with transferring all of my medical records from out of state, and you can definitely say that I was a little apprehensive about my first visit in more than two years. All of those fears quickly went away, however, after my experience at this St. Elizabeth location! I scheduled an appointment online through their website, and was able to make it about two weeks in advance. I didn't have a MyChart account prior to my appointment, so the nurse that checked me in helped me set up my account in-person, and even walked me through how to make future appointments! My actual exam was with Dr. Trumble, and she was fabulous. So kind and knowledgable - exactly what you'd want from a doctor. The entire facility looks brand new - everything was clean and updated. I asked one of the nurses how long they'd been in this location, and she said it opened shortly before the pandemic. Next door to the primary care center, they also have a lab center. I bopped over here on a separate morning to complete some bloodwork, and was so surprised that they had me in and out in 10 minutes! You don't even need an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with at both of these experiences was incredibly friendly and helpful - I don't think I'll seek medical treatment anywhere else as long as I'm living in NKY!
