Dr. Moore is a great doctor, and I like him, but I have a rapport with Dr. Messer. She is thorough, takes the time to understand what is important to you about health and treatment and will do further research if necessary. And she respects my decisions as a parent. She's also a really nice person who I enjoy having a conversation with. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all very solid-- helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I've had questionable experiences with the medical assistants, but it hasn't affected the medical care we've received. Also, the doctors are usually on-time for appointments, and I feel like the staff respects my time.

The ENTIRE staff is great. Starting from the great front desk staff, to the medical assistants that take you back, and of course, the doctors. I've seen 2 doctors (dr. Messer & dr. Sheridan) but I've met them all, and every single one is great. What makes this office great is the fact that the entire staff take the time to really get to know you.

That's probably mostly because it's a pain in the ass to find a new family physician though... As a teenager, I had frequent bouts of strep throat, but never the kind that was detected by the rapid swab tests. Even though this became apparent rather quickly, I can't tell you the number of times I had to make numerous trips to Dr. Farber's office when my rapid tests would come back negative and he would tell me it wasn't strep, yet a few days later, the symptoms persisted. I will give their office props for one thing, though: Shortly after I graduated college and was unemployed with no health insurance, I broke my foot. Since I was an established patient at the office, they worked with me to charge me a minimal amount for my visit and they also worked out a deal with the imaging center where I had my x-ray. I was so grateful not to have to worry about being able to afford getting care for my foot and they took excellent care of me. So, while he might not be the sharpest crayon in the medical box, Dr. Farber is a great guy, and he does look out for his patients.

We love, love, love Dr. Daddabbo…read more She's a family doctor, so she sees all of us, kids and adults alike - so she knows the whole family and what's going on. She's empathetic, accessible, and helpful as well as being a great doctor. While the building in which she practices isn't particularly new or shiny, and the nurses there have sometimes varied in quality, her obvious skill and happy bedside manner more than make up for it. We've never had a misdiagnosis from her, and I suspect one reason is because she takes the time to sit and listen to the history of a particular complaint rather than deciding on a diagnosis apriori. I've also appreciated how quick she is to respond when I've called in for her advice. This has saved us a trip to the doctor, as well as sent us to the ER when it was necessary. We love Dr. D!

Kelly, her medical assistant is also terrific. I saw Dr. Islam one time when Dr. Armstrong was on vacation and I liked him as well. The staff has always treated me with respect. Would recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone and probably Dr. Islam. One visit is not enough time to make an evaluation of anyone.

As a veteran I could go to any VA of my choice, again I'm happy to use my insurance and copay to see her. She listens, she cares and I'm a happier healthier person because of it. The administrative team struggles in their scheduling department so be prepared for that. In person they are very nice and polite.
