Started going here in their first year. They have not done anything they promised. WI-FI, starting up Peak classes and the track. It was beautiful when it first opened but they have not been taking care of the equipment. We canceled our membership but they keep charging my card- months later.Giving me a run around. read more

I signed up for the personal training a couple of Months ago I was bounced between trainers , which I had no problem with but not once did I ever heard from them . I was told I was on the schedule then I wasn't ,I couldn't message my coach for a while , they knew I couldn't come to the meetings in the mornings yet they still continue to schedule me in the mornings. I will not stop till I get my money back for the training sessions I don't use bc of Lack of communication on their end . I didn't mind paying for the gym membership my problem is they are charging me for something I never use and they are okay with it and they told me they didn't have training sessions that accommodate me but when I wanted my money back and I was trying to cancel now magically they have training sessions for me . If you are okay with spending money with no reason then you are in the right place . read more

I attempted to cancel my account today in person in their office. I was told that in order to cancel my account, that I would have to meeting by appointment only to cancel my account (illegal), then I was told they were in a meeting (a lie). I called and asked for their Corporate Number. They said only GMs have the number (lie) and that they would not provide it (illegal). They have me an email address to cancel. Several illegal tactics to avoid account closure. My account is $42.07 per month, but I will make this mention to cost them far more than this amount for their illegal tactics. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Sounds like people joined, didn't go like they thought they would and now want their money back. Probably should of thought it through a little before joining... I've been going there for well over a year. It's a nice facility with good equipment and several areas to work out in private. Unless you want to feel as though you're walking into a car dealership every time you walk through the door, this is not the gym for you! Coty Yarnell the Sales Manager is the PUSHIEST, most OBNOXIOUS salesperson I've ever encountered. At a GYM none the less. Who wants to be bothered with a sales pitch or hassled about being up sold during a WORKOUT? Not me! Numerous times have I been interrupted mid-workout by him in attempt to sell me something. Whether it be to add-on Cryotherapy to my membership. Which mind you costs as much as my monthly membership & the sessions last all of 3 minutes. Also, my girlfriend & I joined this gym pre-COVID quarantine & were promised yoga & cycling classes, with already made schedules posted on the walls. Along with a basketball court in the making which when we joined was under construction, but promised to be ready & available to members by the end of the month. It has been 5 months & the court hasn't been touched... This gym only cares about sales. But once you sign up, you realize all promises are completely empty & they don't care to fix it. As long as they have your money. I recommend LA Fitness in Legacy instead. Better prices, ACTUAL CLASSES, Basketball court, Sauna, Pool, & steam room with a FULL TRACK. You work hard for your money, so don't give it to this gym! Their pool is not as long as they advertise, which matters for people who like to swim a particular distance as a workout. They were also over-charging me for the few months I was a member. Because of these problems, I cancelled my membership, yet they continue to charge me! This place is trash. Just as the other person stated the management is more worried about the bottom line the actual customer. Very very rude. I want a manager that works at a gym that knows his way around the gym. Not guys who look like they've never lifted a weight in their lives. On top of that there is no organization. No one put their weights away. People just leave machines full of weights. It's a wanna be LA fitness but higher the price and less equipment. Also if you are looking for a gym that everyone takes selfies and gym videos this is the place for you for sure. It's not for someone who actually wants to train. It's more of hangout for most their it seems. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone and when the admin or monitor replies to this they will have something to say correct the review. The only good thing about the place are the actually workers behind the front desk, not the big boys sitting in the back room who could care less about you as a person. Most gym managers will actually try to get to know the person not here. Here it's money money. I get gyms need to make money it's a business but this place won't last. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I tried cancelling several times and even went inside and they never cancelled my membership. I went back to the gym on 6/29/2022 and was charged the next day with 9 payments. This is CRAZY. The professionalism of the actual managers was distasteful and they didn't care. I haven't worked out at that gym close to a year and they were still taking payments from me after several attempts to cancel. I would not recommend them for business and none of this is listed in the contract. BE AWARE! read more

Not sure where these 1 star reviews came from but it looks like these were isolated incidents. As an actual member of Milestone, I will tell you this is one of the best gyms I've belonged to. The staff is very friendly and always available. I've never witnessed or received a sales pitch mid-workout, the locker rooms always have soap and towels, and the equipment is well-organized so you can find the weights you need. The cardio equipment is all brand new and they have a great variety. The pool is small but it's large enough to do laps (just add more laps if you need a certain distance). There are multiple sanitation stations around the gym and I often see the staff spraying down equipment and weights too. I joined pre-Covid and saw the workout class schedule and the plans for a basketball court, but I also understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and that businesses need to adjust their plans. During the shutdown they posted at-home workouts for their clients on social media and reached out to see if there was anything specific we wanted to see. It helped to stay motivated. When they were reopening, they let people ease back in by not charging them for the month. The gym is not perfect, no place is. Are there things that can be annoying? Sure. Yes, people do shoot a lot of personal workout videos but nobody is blocking equipment when they do so. Sometimes the locker room floor is wet from the pool. Sometimes people are having convos on their cell phone. This happens at any gym. If you're looking for a gym with good equipment, space to workout, and a friendly staff, Milestone is the place for you. read more
