We had excellent service from our barista, who offered us samples of the 100% dark chocolate (my favorite, I eat it wrapped in dates), and other. We ordered a decaf cappuccino and a spiced Mexican cocoa. Both were delicious. We did a self-guided tour and that was awesome. We purchased the decaf coffee beans and the 100% dark chocolate to take home. The peaceful ambiance of the inside was only made more intense when we walked outside and saw the row of gigantic pine trees overlooking the beautiful Pocono Mountains.

There was an open soda fridge by the counter. Its buzzing was louder than the faint music, so much so that it was the predominant noise in the cafe. For all that, it's not even a cheap place to grab a cup of coffee. I left after a few sips of my coffee and a bite of the pastry I bought, leaving both behind. The only have syrup for one other latte, not remembering what it is, but that one is also made in house. I am glad that there is a coffee spot back in this space.
