I waited another few minutes and then proceeded to ask about the drinks, so she went to check on them. Instantly the drinks came out and my "matcha" looked as if it had been sitting back there for an hour with the ice melted and color shown in the photo. When I looked at it confused as if it wasn't my right drink I kindly pulled up the Instagram photo below and asked isn't it supposed to be this drink? She took it back and said she will ask the barista about it and came back to say she ran out of an ingredient to make it properly. They did not once offer to remake a different drink or along the way say they had to compromise. I would've been totally okay choosing a different drink if I knew especially considering how long they were taking and then to receive a drink that looks like a melted milkshake. The only thing the waiter offered was to top the drink with whip cream and acted surprised when I declined. The place is higher priced too, so it's a shame branching out trying to support local shops when you end up with this. I had such high hopes for this place!
