Appointments are maintained and kept at a respectable amount of time. Never any long waits. The office is very clean and modern. They are super convenient to work with and accommodating. I was originally apprehensive because they brand and advertise a lot, I figured they needed to drum up business. Typically your work and word of mouth speaks for you, however that was not the case. I have never encountered such unprofessional, bullying actions from any medical professional. It was an incredibly stressful experience for our family. What made all the difference was Dr. Sacks response. Even though it was after hours and the office was closed for the weekend, Dr Sacks personally contacted us, oversaw her care, and opened the office on the weekend to perform necessary oral surgical intervention and stabilization. During her recovery--while her jaw was wired shut for healing--the doctor checked in multiple times throughout the week, monitoring her progress, answering questions, and making sure there were no complications.
