It's unfortunate that I even have to write this review…read more I had my first consultation at this office in February 2026 and decided to move forward with Invisalign, setting up payments through HFD. I was told it would take about 4-8 weeks for my trays to arrive, which I was completely fine with. Around the 6-week mark, I called for an update and was told there was some kind of issue and that I needed to keep waiting. Because of the delay, I was offered a partial refund since I had already started making payments. I agreed and was told the refund would be issued by check, since it couldn't be applied to my HFD account. Since then, I have gone to the office twice to pick up the check and have been met with nothing but excuses each time. It has now been about 10 weeks, and I still do not have my Invisalign trays, nor do I have any clear timeline for when they will arrive. Communication has been poor, and I've felt dismissed on multiple occasions. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating especially because this was something I was genuinely excited about and had been wanting to do for a long time. At this point, I will not continue making payments for something I may not even receive. I am also considering taking further action if this situation is not resolved soon. I would not recommend this office. I will not update or change this review until I receive both my refund and my Invisalign trays.
