Told the joists were sistered well and still structurally sound...they are literally rotten and the 'sisters' are just nailed without supporting anything. The fact that there is only flooring under half the toilet was missed. Sill plate that is wet 98% of time and rotting, missed. Severe drainage issue, missed. Windows improperly installed, missed. Sinking foundation, missed. Unsafe and dangerous window in bathroom, missed. And when I questioned the report? Took multiple calls and emails to even get a response. Response was I did my job, read report. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Look anywhere else but here​

Recently, I was shocked to learn that the same inspector was assigned to one of my listings -- despite the office knowing in advance that I would be required to attend the inspection to provide access. When I contacted the office, I was told there was a note in their system preventing him from attending inspections where I represent the buyer -- but no restriction if I represent the seller. That distinction is unacceptable. My original complaint was about personal safety and professional conduct, not about which side of a transaction I'm on. Scheduling him at a property where I was required to be present reflects either a serious internal breakdown or a failure to take my original complaint as seriously as stated.
