I don't see ANY reason to go here. There is a supermarket in Frenchtown. There is a wine/beer place between Milford and Frenchtown. Milford Market is mad expensive. It is better suited for locals who want to walk to a store. On anything you buy, check the expiration dates. I haven't been to this place since the last time I stopped there for milk but everything on the shelf was past it's expiration date. That's just...ewwww.... Agree 100% about other comments regarding the employees. Not all... the deli guys always seem happy to help. But I don't think the cashiers could be any more unhappy or unfriendly. read more

This market is the best thing since sliced bread more variety of alcohol than I've ever seen also a ton of freshly prepared food in house,great place to grab some items on those busy days for a quick dinner.I am starting to thinkI need rehab from their chicken salad never did I think I would find 1 as good as my own in a store just fabulous!!Also being in a rural area the mrkt. saves me some 34 mi. round trips to shop and the prices are sometime cheaper than chain stores.I got a 8 oz piece of Gouda cheese for $3.99.Give it a try whether you are local or just passing thru .Just across the bridge in Upper Black Eddy,Pa on right!It will not disappoint. read more

Expensive -- and 2 days ago I was overcharged about $15 by having 2 items rung up that I did not have in my cart or receive. Didn't look at the receipt until I got home because the store was too small and congested to maintain proper social distance, so I just wanted to get out. No one answers their phone, just takes messages. No one returned my call. I won't go back again. read more

I don't understand all the hating reviews. I came into town for supplies during day 3 of my 4 day camping trip in the area. They had everything I needed at what didn't seem to me like crazy prices. 2 for $3 large Gatorade's is a normal price. $1 rolls of paper towels A large and varied beer and wine selection I would have never guessed in a place like this. I was strolling through the 1 main street area in Milford and found this place. I see in most reviews to "go to the Frenchtown market" but why would I do that if I'm already in Milford? I'm not from the area and maybe the F-town market is only a block away and cheaper...idk but when in Rome.... I wanted to try a sub from the deli as they all sounded really good, but I knew I had so much food left at the campsite it would be unnecessary spending. They have some seating outside and some old timer was drinking a beer out there. I don't know how OK this is to do, but man did I want to join. I have no problems with this place and will continue to shop here when in the area. read more

I enjoy the market. Sure it's a little pricier than a Walmart but worth it. They have freshly butchered meat. They will order something if you need it. They started carrying the lettuce customers asked for. The store is tidy and clean. The staff is friendly. I don't have anything negative to say. It's our small town market. read more

Delicious hoagies - the BEST in the area! An all-around small town store where you can get anything from wine, beer and deli items to toiletries and paper products. Prices are a bit high but worth it for the convenience of one stop shopping! This place is under new (not better) management since around early December. The prices were always on the high side under the old management, but, reasonable all things considered. Now, the prices in this place are just plain riduculous. I recently picked up a half gallon of milk and one kaiser roll. The cost was just under $4. The woman at the register also charged me tax on the roll, which I believe is a non-taxable food item. On a previous trip, I picked up two six packs of beer. There were no prices visible, but, based on previous purchses, I figured it would be about $8 or $9 each. The total was over $27. I will not be back read more

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the salads they make in their Deli...especially the poppyseed salad...and I always get them to add chicken to it for me. Good subs also. And the butcher has the best selection around. Prices can be a little high for canned foods, dry goods, etc. but that's why they call it a "convenience store." Super friendly staff... My husband and I live over the bridge and go To Milford Market almost everyday! Great selection of craft beer. Always changes for the season which we love. The deli has awesome food! I love their salads! Also great selection of wine and cheese. The service is always friendly! read more

I am here at least 5 days a week (as I work on the same street) and I really enjoy this place. The owners are very nice and MOST of the staff is friendly. The prices are a little bit higher than what you would pay at Giant but thats to be expected with any privately owned shop. read more

dirty dirty dirty i got chicken a hogie roll and pasta salad the kid behind the counter picked up the raw chicken breast with his gloved hand and then picked threw the roll bin with the same glove and then scooped the pasta salad without changing gloves cross contaminating every thing behind the counter. i could not take that roll so i said i didnt want it he put it back in the bin sorry to who ever got a roll after me. great place to get chips and a six pack but thats it. read more

Very sad....Saturday is Mark the butchers last day...all meat will now be packaged from Wal-Mart or something crazy like that. We mainly went to Milford Market for the fabulous meat department (due to Mark!) and the wine selection. I understand the new owners have to do what they have to do but this it is so sad that this is the future of all of America...packaged meat from Wal-Mart??? and no real butchers. Amazing liquor and wine selction, and a quick and easy place to pick up some groceries. Some other reviewers seem to think that their grocery prices should be comparable to Shop-Rite...hello its a small town store their prices will without a doubt be higher. It a great place to give local business too, and they make awesome sandwiched. read more
