First, Laura did my brows and I absolutely loved them! That was last year. I just went back to have permanent eyeliner and I also had a partial scalp procedure done and I really love it. I am truly so glad I did it. I'm a very light blonde and it is so great to wake up with brows and eyeliner which isn't too much, but it's just right! It's so effortless and such a confidence boost! And then my scalp...
