Mili was great to work with from day 1. She is super quick to respond to emails and/or texts, which I was very appreciative of during wedding planning season. I found Mili via Instagram initially, and continue to love following her posts and stories, even post-wedding (great inspo!). For our August 2023 wedding, we opted to do 200+ mini desserts for guests, a small bride/groom cake and delivery/set-up package (one less thing to worry about!). Mili knocked it out of the park! Everything looked fabulous day-of and all the desserts were to die for. Our guests raved about the yummy options. My personal favorite was the salted dulce de leche mousse - SO GOOD. I still think about it. You cannot go wrong with booking Mili. She is extremely organized and her personality is a delight. Since I wasn't local to the San Diego, she let me drop off my cake topper and decor during our tasting pick-up which was so accommodating for us. Mili was a joy to work with and have at our wedding in April! From the tasting package, to our email coordinations, to her catering our wedding day desserts, she was so kind and friendly and helpful! Mili was fabulous to work with for my daughter's wedding cakes. We discovered Mili's Sweets and thought it would be a perfect fit because the groom has nut allergies and all of Mili's baking is nut free. Mili helped us choose a variety of flavors for the layered cakes that went well together. The cakes were delicious and Mili went out of her way to deliver the cakes to us on a weekend she had intended to not make any cakes. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mili. She took us on even with an already packed schedule because my husband has a life-threatening peanut allergy,and Mili is completely peanut-free. Mili put up with my questions, my changes, and my general wedding anxiety like a champ. I'm a baker and cake decorator myself, so I have pretty high standards, and our cakes were gorgeous. Mili arranged our flowers to top our cake elegantly, and arranged our whole dessert table to look stunning. Our cakes were moist, had an amazing crumb, and a delicious and not cloyingly sweet buttercream. I feel so lucky and honored that Mili took us on during her busiest weekend yet, and boy did she ever deliver! If I lived in San Diego, I'd order from Mili for every occasion. Mili sells her amazing cupcakes at the MiaBella locations in Escondido and Vista every Friday. If you reserve online, she'll have it set aside for you to pick up at a set time and location. No minimum required. I've ordered from her website several times and every cupcake so far has been delicious. Her website is very easy to use. She can do gluten free, vegan, and egg free. She does not use nuts. This alone provides peace of mind because of my kids' nut allergies. No worries about cross contamination of peanuts and such. On top of her fantastic desserts (she's got more than just cupcakes), she's super friendly and really cares about her product and customers. Omg these cupcakes!!!! I'm definitely a cupcake snob and I'm obsessed with Mili's! Like go out of my way, drive through traffic kind of obsessed! And they're incredibly worth it! I was quickly lured in by the discount Friday's that she posts on social media for her leftovers. If any part of you thought "nah, they're probably stale" I promise you they aren't! Mili sells her cupcakes at the MiaBella frozen yogurt shops in Vista and Escondido. The discounted prices are $2 for regular size cupcakes and $1 for mini cupcakes. Mili's sweets are all nut free and she also sells gluten free cupcakes. I had my gf friends try her gf red velvet cupcakes. They don't typically care for red velvet, but were both very pleasantly surprised as they chowed down! For gluten free cupcakes they thought they were fantastic! The only thing they mentioned was that they thought they were a bit oily, aside from that, they were delicious! As for the regular cupcakes, they're all soooooo good! I've had: Pumpkin churro Churro Birthday cake Banana split Red velvet Cookies n cream They really are amazing! The cake is moist. The frostings are flavorful and not overly sugary and sweet. The cupcakes are BEAUTIFUL! And every bite is an OMG kinda bite! And from what I've seen of her Instagram, the cakes she makes are gorgeous as well! I was introduced to this place a few years ago by a dear friend, name Bobbie. She would spoil my friends, siblings, and I with Mili's cupcakes whenever she's in the Vista area. Not only is Mili super sweet and accommodating, her GF cupcakes are AHH-maze-ZING!!! I order 25 for a baby shower, and she decorated them beautifully, according to the theme. These are hands down the BEST cupcakes I have ever eaten. The churro cupcake, the strawberry...words can't justify how good these are.
