I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are. Don't ask me how it took 5.5 hours for him to communicate that he could not make the appointment despite the multiple email confirmations I received from his business. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt but today AGAIN he did not follow through or answer my call during the scheduled appointment time. Again, I received multiple emails confirming the date and time. All I can think of is he does not need the business and is running a very unprofessional organization.
